Our second visit to this restaurant proved as good as the first time we ate here. Starting with the delicious house-made biscuits, we moved on to blue crab pot stickers, shrimp and crab veracruz, and beet salad. Perfect size portions, and good value. Special for the evening was amberjack - outstanding. Service was impeccable - attentive but not intrusive, and... More

We ate there on Thursday night. There was 4 people in our party. Waiter was very good and sorry that I couldn't remember his name. Service was attentive and thorough. He had a strong knowledge of the menu. We had 2 appetizers, the Tuna Tartar and Lobster Dumplings. Tuna tartar was good, but a relatively small portion. The lobster was... More

My wife and I were in New Orleans and were looking for a real NO experience and tried GW Fins because of its high ratings. We enjoyed it, but felt it was like any other nice meal you could get at any larger city.

Went there last week, food was outstanding. Best biscuits and the food was great but the service was the best on the city. We had Ryan as our server and he has been hands down the best server ever, and we go out regularly. It is expensive but definitely worth it. It was a great dining experience and I think... More

My fiance and I had dinner here for my birthday. I booked the reservation online and left a comment letting them know that we would be celebrating. To our surprise, they had our table specially made with tasteful decorations. They even gave me a menu with my name printed on the top. I had the scallops which were divine. He... More

Drinks were presented well and tasty. Our group of 7 chose 3 appetizers to share which were the lobster dumplings and a shrimp dish. we also ordered 5... More

Found this place on Trip Advisor as the 2nd most popular place in New Orleans. It was in walking distance from our Hotel "The Saint". We passed by it first and made resevations for 8:30pm. I asked for a menu to look at while we walked around Bourbon Street and partied. They gladly said OK. Well we partied a little too... More
