When you walk into a place in the French quarter on Saturday at 10:00 pm during French quarter fest and there is 1 cook and 1 sweaty overweight waiter taking care of the entire place, what kind of service do you think you will get. Whoever owns this place should have a lebotomy.

A trip down memory lane. Reminded me of the diners I knew growing up. Good food, service and value. A fun menu, too!

Stopped in here on a Friday afternoon. No one even looked at us when we came in. We had to ask if we should seat ourselves. Some tables were not clean. Food was decent and priced well. Our waitress was somewhat friendly. Bathroom was reached by going outside and down an alley (bit weird).

and get a burger, because we made the mistake of going on Sunday morning and that was an enormous mistake. No music and very slow service. Plus, the place is a dirty mess. But, our server was cute, though slow.

Stopped in and had breakfast, we both ordered omelets, very fluffy and soo good! We didn't experience any of the "fun", or "rudeness" that others have mentioned, just a bit of a wait to have our table cleaned, and receive our food. Delicious diner style food, and quite an adventure to get to the bathroom!?! I would rate the food... More

Went early on a Sunday around 9am and was about the 2nd party in line with my wife and two kids. Once we got in, it is a little restaurant, but my wife said it was rated well. We ordered our drinks and food and a little later the server brought back my coffee and only one of the boys... More

Very old grill with a great home style breakfast. This is real greasy spoon with nice people and a jukebox.

OK, so I was in NOLA with 2 girlfriends, and we had been out partying up and down Bourbon street, but we weren't the only ones, really! It was 12:30 or so, and the appetizers we had eaten at 6:00 were long gone. We slinked into the Clover Grill to have a midnight burger and fries. I thought the food... More

Now granted we were here March 5th, the day after Mardis Gras but the efficiency of this grill is beyond poor. You will wait to be served as they only serve, from start to finish, one table at a time. Luckily there are not that many tables. I saw more people leave frustrated and hungry than satisfied and full. Best... More
