Went here for lunch on an anniversary getaway and spent that night sitting or hugging the toilet. I will NEVER go back!

While visiting the French Quarter, my daughter & I asked a local where to get a great burger. We were directed to the Clover Grill & we were not disappointed in the least. We both had a "build your own burger" with the juicy, hang over the edge of the bun patties, grilled onions & a thick slice of cheese...truly,... More

If you want to be a real New Orleanean after a night of over indulging Clover Grill is it... No , it's not fine Cajun specialties. It's not Anything other than what it is.... A local spot where we can get away from the drunk tourist and foodies who think that they belong when they are here. If it were... More

This place is nothing fancy, but the food was good. It's very small--- only seats about 28 people. It's like stepping back in in time-- eat right at the counter. We went mid-morning while Bourbon street was still very quiet.

Don't expect fancy - but if you want cheap food, quirky service, coffee refills and lots of interesting people come here! We ate breakfast here twice and both times the food was good and tasty and filling (and cheap)! If you're a snob don't bother !!

As always the food is great. Its just a small grill in the middle of the quarter. Everyone needs to experience this place at least once.

At first when you see Clover Gill you thinks it's just a little "hole-in -the-wall" grill but haven't we learned those are the BEST places to eat. Our hotel was right up the road from Clover Grill, we passed by it daily on our walks and finally decided to give it a try and it was well worth it. I... More

I was hungry and didn't feel like creole. I stumbled across them and was glad I did. It is a true hole in the wall restaurant. I just had a burger and it was very good! If you don't need something fancy, just good food is works. What a simple menu. I think I'm going back for breakfast tomorrow.

Talk about a hole in the wall. Open 24 hours so we stoped in for a 2 am breakfast. Turned out to be the perfect spot.
