Every time I go to New Orleans I eat all my breakfasts at Clover Grill. I have never been disappointed. This past Friday morning, I got the breakfast special with sides of hash browns and sausage. Service was good and the food, as always, was excellent. Kelvin was our waiter added so much to the overall experience. He is such... More

My last trip to New Orleans my family & I went on a carriage tour & our guide mentioned their burgers. While taking a walk down Bourbon Street that night we remembered that tidbit of information & decided to try a late night snack. We were not disappointed (& none of us were drunk). The burgers were plain & simple... More

This place doesn't close. They are always there for you. There are no public restrooms, so don't try and move in. But the coffee keeps coming when you need it to and they make your breakfast pretty much to order. Personally, I love any place that offers an egg sandwich. The staff appears to enjoy their jobs and do them... More

Delicious grilled cheese and bacon! Toasts and eggs just as they should be! The coffee was very good as well. Everything for a fair price.

Tucked away at the farther end of Bourbon Street (away from the raucous and ribald) is the Clover Grill: seemingly untouched by time since the 1950s/60s. Clean corner restaurant with friendly staff and simple menu of burgers, breakfast items, and sandwiches. My partner had a burger--which was huge and prepared the 'old fashioned' way--thick, juicy, all beef patties cooked to... More

My husband and I ate here this morning and neither of us are able to hold back the nausea and everything else that comes with bad food. I will spare you the details but think the worse and you won't be wrong. I have never had such a horrible meal in all the years I have been traveling, and I... More

This place is definitely too too too much fun! Open 24 hours we stopped in for late night burger craving and were immediately cheered by the pink....everything. Had a mushroomjalapenoswisschili burger with fries and a club with fries and both were imho way above average for diner food. The cooks were funny and could actually cooked (you know two line... We went for dinner and was extremely pleased. Not busy at all midweek for dinner. Built a couple burgers and a ham, turkey, and bacon club. All were big and delicious. Blue cheese burger the best we have tasted throughout the country. Open 24hrs, check it out.

Bacon and eggs, waffles, omelets, grits - nothing fancy just an inexpensive breakfast in an old-fashioned diner.
