Don't let the look fool you

Let me start off by saying that at first glance this place looks like another dive diner. However when you can get an egg white and spinach omelet you know you have good options. We ate hear for lunch o. Our way out and food was very good. I got the burger and was initially disappointed that... read more

Clover Grill is open 24/7 - and is at the far end of Bourbon Street - away from the insanity. They serve breakfast all the time - We had a waffle, eggs over easy and bacon. At 2am. The waffle came with very little syrup, and I was going to ask for more, but took a bite and realized it... More

Obviously there is no Health Dept in New Orleans otherwise this place would have been shut down years ago. The only thing greasier than the food was the floor. The service staff was more interested in talking about their friends and movies than serving or cleaning. You will however see a Zagat sign on the wall, it's just below a... More

Great diner in French Quarter. Perfect for a quick breakfast or a late night snack. Burgers, eggs, etc.. just what you need and expect from a diner.

This place was so busy but my friend and i had got a spot at the counter and had biscuits and gravy. Their tea tasted a little overly bitter but the biscuits and gravy were made from scratch and tasted amazing i have only had one other plate that tasted better.

Comfort food when drunk, or for breakfast. Service good. Prices decent...plus, Benjamin Button was filmed here for a scene.

During our vacation in New Orleans, we ate at several different places. The Clover Grill was our favorite, the food was good and the staff was very entertaining. It has a 50's era cafe layout and serves hamburgers, sandwiches, fries, etc. While the food was terrific, the staff was flamboyant and kept us laughing throughout the meal. That was in... More

While not spic 'n span shiny, this little 24/7 grill on Bourbon street is a funky place to grab a burger cooked under a hubcap
