Description: Opened in 1990 by Chef Emeril Lagasse in New Orleans, Emeril's Restaurant...
Opened in 1990 by Chef Emeril Lagasse in New Orleans, Emeril's Restaurant serves his signature style of "New New Orleans" cuisine, featuring the best local and regional seasonal ingredients. Nestled in a renovated pharmacy warehouse on Tchoupitoulas Street in the heart of the city's Warehouse District, Emeril's interior features rustic exposed brick and glass walls flanking one side of the main dining room, with plaster-lathe wood forming a wine wall on the other. Guests may enjoy watching the action in the kitchen while enjoying a meal at the chef's Food Bar.

Loved it for Lunch. Can't Wait to go Back for Dinner

We made a last-minute decision to have lunch at Emeril's and we sat in the seats facing the kitchen. It was a real treat and I would recommend it highly to anyone. We had an amazing, very casual lunch while chatting with the chef and staff. Sadly, we had to leave the next day and didn't get a... read more

How could anyone come to New Orleans (N'awlins) without making it a point to spend an evening dinining at Emeril's. We had made reservations and there was no wait once we entered the establishment. The ambience was romantic while holding an atmosphere of professionalism, the entire staff was courteous, personable, friendly, while maintaining the up most level of professionalism. My... More

My opinion of Emeril was changed by the fabulous lunch we had there. Everything about our lunch was excellent: The reservations, the wait staff, the ambiance, and most importantly, the food. I now rank Emeril's right up there with K-Paul's on my list of the best restaurants in the World!!!!!

6 of us all had the special menu with wine pairing. 4 courses with 3 wine pairings. $45 for meal and $25 for wine. Great value. 1 of party has sage allergy and the manager made sure she was safe. Wild boar enchiladas was nice treat.

This flagship restaurant is walking distance from the French Quarter. I did not have any expectations, and was throughly pleased at the level of service. The wait staff moved with the precision and grace of a well conducted orchestra. They were highly professional, knowledgable both about the food and culture. Must try the BBQ shrimp, if you are not a... More

We dined here our first night in NOLA and it was a great way to start the trip. The gumbo was fantastic and the bartenders suggestion of the salmon did not disappoint. The neighborhood the restaurant is located in is pretty cool to check out.

Our party of 6 (ages 12-60+) had a fabulous lunch. The senior members of the group started with white sangria (fruity and refreshing on a steamy day). We started with a few orders of the bbq shrimp- delicious! Our waiter Allen suggested the Whodat burger. My husband said it was the best he ever had. Three of us had the... More

The food, service, wine, and prices were everything you would expect from a high class restaurant. My husband and I went here for our anniversary and they made it a completely uunforgettable experience.

We are constant travelers, able and thankful to visit many great restaurants, heralded and not flying under the proverbial radar. Emeril's and his high profile fell under the former. Feeling it may be ala Donald Trump a licensed use of his name we were surprised to hear he visits here regularly and is hand's on. The menu did not disappoint,... More

My wife has a quest to visit all of the restaurants/chefs we see on the many Food Network cooking shows, this was on the list. A great restaurant with an inviting menu and a highly trained and friendly staff. The management/waitstaff made us feel welcome and comfortable from the moment we walked though the door. Our server, Thai was extremely... More
