Bar with excellent taste

The food took time to arrive but it was really delicious. We were hungry and didn't want to go to a crowded restaurant but they had indoor/outdoor seating available. I had an 8oz NY Strip steak cooked perfectly. Prices are very reasonable too.

We stopped here for dinner one night after a recommendation from a tour guide. Most of the dinners come with salads, which is nice. The salads were good portions, with a nice mixture of lettuce and spinach. The blue cheese dressing was very good. I ordered the tortellini, which was the only pasta on the menu if i remember correctly.... More

This place is not over the top by any means. It is a little local type hangout. The bartenders were not your typical bubbly type, but they were efficient, and friendly towards us. We were renting a place only a couple blocks up, so this was our mid-afternoon and nightcap spot. We ate appetizers a couple of times, everything was... More

We stopped, ate, and left. You have so many options in the French Quarter. If you want average at best and do not mind the reheated nature of the food, you might try it on a rainy day.

The food was excellent with many choices. Service was good and nice outdoor seating. Great for lunch. Better option than most for reasonable food in the French Quarter.

We were looking for a place for a simple dinner after a big lunch. This place fit the bill with deliciously prepared and nicely presented food. Definitely not fancy- drinks in go cups & order with the bartender. But just right at a reasonable price.

The food - snacks with fries being a great deal - is good for what is basically a bar. Go for the Frenchman Street music. Service is slow. Be sure to order food - if any - what you order your drinks. The music was old school and worth listening to.

This place is a little corner restaurant near the French Market, it's on the corner of Decatur and Gov. Nicole. I wanted the special on the board Blue Cheese Steak with mashed potatoes. We went in around 2:30pm. It is unprepossessing but clean enough with interesting stuff on the walls, pretty typical NO decor. Definitely NOT a chain operation. The... More

This place was recommended by our tour guide. I won't go back there when I return to New Orleans though. The waitress was nice enough and even gave us great service. However, the owner or manager was rude to another customer while I was there. I paid with a credit card and gave a generous tip (more than 20%) in... More

We stumbled upon this place while wandering around the French Market and Decatur street in NOLA. Its right on the corner with some patio seating and a smallish dinning area. There is a bar and a TV on at times for sports or whatever. The service is amazing, the price of the food is AMAZING, and the food was soooooo... More
