A little hard to find (especially if you didn't read the part in the directions that says it's in the back of a cool little bar called the Erin Rose). We were greeted by a very friendly girl who patiently explained every po'boy to us then we ordered the shrimp and the beef meatloaf po'boys, grabbed a couple of stools... More

with all of the good reviews I was expecting something really special from Killer PoBoys. Unfortunately my expectations were not met. The Shrimp PoBoy was not especially chea[ ($14) and definitely not very good. I would describe it as over breaded and under shrimped. The flavor was ok but nothing special. The meatloaf PoBoy was better but still not up... More

If you know what to expect going in, you'll love it! Head to the back of the bar and order the shrimp (not fried and fixed "bahn mi" style with carrots, cilantro, etc) or the pork belly (marinated in a sweet rum sauce). You may have to stand or head elsewhere to eat depending on how busy they are, but... More

Don't be discouraged by the tiny dive bar space, this is the spot for modern, gourmet (not stuffy) poboys that are just plain good. Get the shrimp and pork belly poboys.

I was taking my boyfriend to New Orleans for the first time and it's crazy, but I had never had a Po'Boy. The image in my head was a huge mound of fried something smushed on a roll. I'm not a huge fan of fried food and don't eat much bread. I had to try one though....right? So....NO ONE in... More

Go all the way to the back of the Erin Rose (a great bar on it's own) and get some of these poboys. This was our first stop in New Orleans! I decided to try something new this time and went for the meatloaf, and it was great - but had to return later in our visit to get my... More

Didn't eat here a just around corner from Dauphine. This is on the cross street between Dauphine and Bourbon. To me a neighbourhood bar as there were plenty of what seemed to be regulars! Wide range of beers jovially served by bearded maestro - just see him! Should have called in more often

We stopped in to Killer Po'boys tonight, I had a shrimp Po'boy and my hubby had the pork belly. We sat at the bar and had a couple of the beers on tap while we waited for our food. It's a pretty cosy dive bar, with decent craft beers and fun things to look at on the walls. The Po'boys... More

I started my holiday in new Orleans by going here and getting po-boys and beers. Really chill place and Good vibe. I met some real cool people at this bar and had a great time. Order the shrimp po-boy with some blue moon!
