A Special Place

A special place -- excellent food and service. We've tried a lot of restaurants in New Orleans, and countrywide, this is one of our top picks. We'll definitely be returning.

What a wonderful meal! Started off with the crab beignets which were outstanding--even had a little kick which I did not expect. The oysters on the half shell were fresh and delicious. The shrimp and grits were extremely good and my husband enjoyed the seafood dish he got. The white chocolate creme brûlée was as pretty as it was delicious... More

Went in with high expectations. Was told Revolution was their favorite restaurant by friends in town. Even given specific recommendations including dessert. After several incredible meals in town, this was only ok. When we arrived for our 8:45 reservation, had to wait at bar for about 15 minutes. We were not drinking and I felt this was held against us.... More

The best meat boards I've ever had . They cure their meat in house ! The wine list is untouchable, by far one of the best . The atmosphere was perfect and the staff was impeccably professional. The bartender new how to make a perfect drink !

I had crab beignets that were too soft inside and had very little crab. I also had the visiting fish that was very mediocre. The jewelry box treats at the end of the meal was much less than sofisticated. The best bite of the meal was the lentil soup that was complimentary at the beginning of the meal. The price... More

I had a delicious meal here recently: Raw oysters "R'evolution", half order of lobster pasta and small filet. The tastes were superb and, with the help of the excellent servers paired with tasty wines. It was a very nice evening. The formal dining room is more attractive, in my mind, than the more casual market place room, but you can... More

WOW! Dining here for Sunday Brunch was a fantastic experience, and I imagine that holds true for any meal. First, this an extremely elegant restaurant with a refined décor and was very quiet, although almost full. The staff are all very gracious and our server, Sadie was cordial, efficient and well-versed in the cuisine. The food is not only excellent... More

What a fantastic experience. The wait staff was extremely attentive and charming. They took great care of us. The drinks were amazing and the ambiance was just what you'd want for a romantic night out (without being dark and moody). Location is great in the French Quarter. And then there is the food. Such quality. I wish we could have... More

Have dinned here now each year when we come down to visit family and friends for the Holidays. The food is outstanding, the place is beautiful and the service impeccable. Have the "Death by Gumbo" appetizer, guaranteed you'll never forget it. I highly recommend this place if you're in New Orleans!
