It was average considering the $, but then I doubt you can eat anywhere on Bourbon Street for cheap. The service was good.

Had the taste of New Orleans plate, OMG absolutely the best gumbo, red beans and rice, and etouffee I ever had. Our waitress Jessica was the best, great service super nice, will definitively be back.

Stopped here for lunch. The gumbo is the absolute best!!! Oysters on the half shell were good too. Red beans and rice, and shrimp étouffée were just ok. Service was mediocre and basic.

This was a great choice for our first meal in New Orleans. We were seated right away on the balcony which was a bit small but the view was wonderful. Our server, Cassie, was very helpful and made great recommendations. I had a local amber beer and my wife had the Tropical Storm. We each got a free souvenir cup.... More

I wasn't too hungry so I ordered an appetizer of Crab Cakes along with a Hurricane cocktail. Surprisingly, my order came within minutes after placing it with my waitress, Jennifer. The dish was steaming hot and well presented, with no sign that it was hastily prepared so their speed of service is legitimate. I was so impressed and intrigued by... More

Stumbled on this wonderful restaurant on Bourbon St. Clean, quaint and fantastic food! Tried several things while here (came 3 times during our visit) but the red beans & rice is the best. If you come, ask for Shametria Gonzales-by far the best & friendliest service we've had so far! Have recommended this place to everyone we could while we... More

I so enjoyed the gumbo and red beans and rice. The seafood platter had a light batter. My first hush puppy was like a lead pipe - but once I said something, they brought me 4 more and they were delicious.
