My wife and I had the fried seafood platter (catfish, shrimp and oysters). Pretty good. Also had a dozen oysters. Waiter could've done a better job serving the big group.

We were welcomed in immediately and greeted promptly by a friendly server. The food was ready quickly and was absolutely awesome. The Jambalaya, Red beans & Rice, and Crawfish Etoufee is in a combo meal and was delicious. It's located right in the middle of all the action on Bouron St. also. If your stomach can handle the Cajun spices... More

Although this place is NOT Galatoire's next door it is a decent place for Bourbon Street with consistently good food and atmosphere..and the service in suprisingly personal and pleasant as well. Their courtyard is my favourite place when the weather is good..the inside can get a little noisy. The Gator Bites, Crab Cakes, Fried Seafood Platter, and Crawfish Etouffe are... More

A friend of mine and I were looking for a place to dine while walking Bourbon St. and somehow this place won the draw. And boy are we glad it did. The staff was super-friendly as we walked and in and immediately recognized we were in town for WrestleMania 30 by our shirts. She struck up a conversation about that... More

I purchased a Groupon for this restaurant just before my family as I visited NOLA. I have to admit, I was expecting mediocre due to the Groupon offer. The Old Nawlins Cookery exceeded my expectations. The red fish entree was delicious. Would go again.

I actually ate here twice on my trip. Both times the food and service were amazing. The drinks were yummy. The servers I had on both visits were helpful and friendly.

This was one we'd never heard of, but we went on the recommendation of the valet at our hotel. It was a nice location with very familiar and tasty Louisiana eats. Visitors from afar will really like it! {*_*} Good Food, Folks and Fun!!!

The food was great, reasonably priced, and the service was great. We had the fried shrimp platter and the shrimp po'boy sandwich. I would definitely go back.

My family went here on a Friday night based on Trip Advisor reviews. I was very disappointed. The food was nothing special. My husbands side veggies were over cooked. I got the Cajun pasta and it was greasy and nothing special. The service was friendly and there was plenty of seating. My son enjoyed standing on balcony and watching band... More
