Don't miss it!

The riverfront was beautiful sitting outside and the food was excellent. Definitely a restaurant that you don't want to miss.

The service was good as was the food. Red beans and rice were outstanding as was the jambalya. Prices are reasonable.

By chance we decided to try this restaurant. We didn't know what to expect. One of us tried the shrimp dish and the other their beans and rice. All I can say is that one dish was enough to feed 2 people. Both dishes were very good.

The server initially acted like we were inconveniencing her. Her attitude changed by the time she gave us the check. It seemed extremely slow, then I realized they started telling people they were closed and it was early in the evening. I wish they would've turned us away initially instead of allowing us to experience this. The drinks were great.... More

One of the worst breakfasts I've ever had. Hostess was disinterested. Took 5 minutes for server to get to my table. Food was horrible. Eggs greasy, undercooked and way over priced. I'm not one to complain since I've worked a lot in the service industry but it was So bad I didn't even want to pay. I felt bad for... More

Ate here recently after a day of walking around the quarter. Service was alright and the food was alright, but most everything is fried. Portions are big and prices are alright. I wish I could get more excited about the place, but I just can't. There are many more options for better food, service and atmosphere in the french quarter... More

The bloody marys were to die for. Nice service and the po'boys weren't bad either. Nice view of the French Market and Dauphine street. Good shopping nearby.

The man at the front door was rude and the first thing we saw when we sat down was a cockroach crawling down the wall and two under the table. We should have left but everyone was tired. I have to say the food was really good and the seafood platter for two, which feeds at least four at $27... More

Lousy atmosphere combined with lousy service and lousy food. Food was either flavorless or overly salted depending on what you ordered. Overpriced, especially for what you get. There are too many other great restaurants in the area to waste money on this place.

Staying in French Quarter

Neighborhood Profile
French Quarter
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living lounged out on the balmy banks of the Mighty Mississippi, the French Quarter has long been a port of call for folks in search of a good time and a great story. Perpetually inebriated Bourbon Street runs across its midriff like a strand of cheap ribbon tied around an otherwise rather pretty and impressively well-kept vintage dress. Throughout the rest of the Quarter, brightly colored Victorian homes and businesses, famously done up with wrought-iron features, provide a distinct and immediately recognizable backdrop for all varieties of fun. At any given moment in this historic riverside setting, some of America’s finest meals are being cooked, most potent cocktails are being mixed, and most engaging music is being performed.
