Deliciousness! Better than Chipotle!

I love this place! It's like Chipotle but better! I had their quesadilla, and it was quite filling. I like that the quesadilla is like a burrito minus the rice but with a lot more cheese. The cashier was so pleasant! She even encouraged me to try a Mexican soda that she liked and promised that if I... read more

I've noted my thoughts re: food and drinks within my separate Felipe's entry. Really recommendation this restaurant!

Just like the title I wanted those three things, I had the two spicy chicken tacos, they were excellent. I wish I had gotten two orders though because they were cheap and the two didn't really fill me up. Next time!

We stopped in this hidden upstairs tiki bar to grab some happy hour drinks. The bartenders were really friendly and mixed up some really great cocktails. It was a fun, quaint place.

This is the place to try if you've been eating rich New Orleans food for a week and would like to mix it up a bit. The food is fresh and plentiful. Yes they do have a build your own burrito like Chipotle but there the comparison ends. This may be a tip. We got there about 4pm and the... More

In a town with Mexican options that are, well, pretty drab, this is the best of the second tier. It's kind of like a Chipotle but much better. The good is that the ingredients are fresh, down to the salsa. Everything is handmade, and the sauce bar is great. The food, while not amazing, is what you'd expect, possibly a... More

Great local favorite with fresh flavors and combo platters. Loved the shrimp tacos! We popped in after a bike tour, thirsty and hungry, and had quick service and yummy flavors.

We were craving something other than Gumbo and Jambalaya and stumbled upon this little Mexican restaurant. It was so good, we came back the next day for the Felipe's Special. We read some reviews that compared this to a Moe's or Qdoba and that couldn't be further from the truth. The ingredients were very fresh and we had a very... More

Hello, We were looking for a place to get a hurricane and some good food. After some research, my girlfriend and I decided to check out Felipe's Taqueria due to good reviews. We walked into the place and found it to be comparable to a downgraded Chipotle. The food was fine-ish. Did we get food poisoning? No. Did it have... More

The place is great for Mexican food. I recommend the Taco Plate, the street tacos and the burritos also they have an amazing tortilla soup but the last 2 times I have been there, the cashier ladies aren't friendly at all with me or the other customers. I finally looked at one of their names. Crystal and the other is... More
