My family and I got to visit Chartres St. Bistro for my brother's rehearsal dinner in April. One of our favorite parts of our annual NOLA trips is checking out great restaurants and we will DEFINITELY be making the Chartres St. Bistro a regular stop from now on! The perfect setting for a perfect meal. Tapas servings were generous and arrived with flawless timing. Favorite was the grilled bok choy and the mussels, shrimp, and tenderloin were tasty and flavorful.
