Bright and cheereful spot at the edge of the CBD, just across from the French Quarter. Red Gravy is a dedicated Farm to Table restaurant, sourcing most of our ingredients from local farmers, fishers and bakers. Specializing in traditional and rustic Italian cusisine, including our handmade pasta. Please join us for our lively brunch, served Wednesday through Monday, with live music during our weekend brunch, or candlelit dinner Thursday through Sunday. Come and eat, I always make too much!

Great place

Was recomended this place by a local and was not disappointed. It was right outside the doors of my hotel(Sheraton) and was awesome. I had the steak Scarpitta I think it was called and it was delicious!!! Kids pricy but worth it...

Small with tables close together. Welcoming and friendly staff. Very knowledgeable about the menu. The food was delicious. We had breakfast and dinner there. Pricey but worth the trip.

We did a search to find something close to our hotel and this restaurant came up. We weren't sure if we would like because of the different menu, but it was the best breakfast ever and our favorite meal during the trip. We would go back!

Just the other side of Canal St is Red Gravy, a small, comfy bistro style place servicing good food, Farmer's Market style with an ever changing menu. A bit pricey for what it is trying to do, but pretty good quality with excellent service. Certainly would eat there again

Was a very lucky day! I had the beef cheek ravioli which was a special that day, and my dining partner and I shared some cheeses and a bottle of wine. This is the best Italian meal I've eaten in a long time, and I can't wait to go back.

-Great location -Rabbit ravioli -Chef is passionate and talented -Small and charming atmosphere -Unique twists on Italian favorites -The pottery on the tables are made by the chef! Like my title says, the night before we left town we yearned to have one more meal there even though we weren't the least bit hungry. Our appetizer meal was as flavorful... More

Saw the reviews on the internet of the Top Ten breakfast places in the French Quarter and this was on the edge and was included as number 11. I think if you’re into different styles of breakfast you might like this place. How ever if your from the Midwest and want some country cooking for get it. The food choices... More

As a Northerner, I really never got into grits. I tried them at Red Gravy and liked them with my lunch. A bunch of us went for lunch after one person was given a high recommendation to this restaurant. There was about 6 of us at first, but when a 7th person showed up, we requested an empty second table,... More

The owner Roseanne met us at the door, squeezed us in and the food, service and atmosphere were awesome. Got the Roe's breakfast and wasn't disappointed. Service wasn't fast but food that good takes time to make properly. Waiter was awesome!!
