We came to Frenchmen Street without reservations or plans, and lucked into this gem. Everything was excellent: tapas (tempura shrimp, deviled eggs and crab rangoon were delicious), cocktails, music and service. We didn't have reservations and got seated right away (fairly early in the evening). I don't know the name of the band but we loved it -- and later... More

I have been gone there several Sunday afternoons to enjoy the music. Th problem is the wait staff is very unfriendly. I am a tour guide and always recommend Frenchman Street for music and food but I have to say that I tell the visitors that the wait staff needs to be improved. KH. New Orleans

Go there and share your meals. My friends and I did this so we could have a taste of each dish, and each one was terrific. The fish tacos were amazing, as well as the sliders. Recommend making a reservation though!! We tried to go one night and had to make reservations for the next night instead. Well worth the... More

Get there early and sit the bar. The drinks are fantastic and the bartenders are real pros. Tapas are fantastic. Music starts around 7. Wish we could have gone every night!

Great tapas, good service, need a reservation! Hostess was friendly but dizzy/easily confused and distracted.

This was a tapas style restaurant which allowed us to try several entrees/.appetizers. We ended up with 4 and each one was great. We really, enjoyed the band. The price was right too!

Make sure you make reservations. Probably can’t accommodate a table for more the 5. Hostess and Food runner were great, waiter seemed inexperienced. The staff was stressed and it showed. High demand, little room. The musicians were awesome. The food was great. Go with the Steak and Cake for sure, as well as the Pork Belly.

We love to come here to share small plates, drink yummy cocktails, and listen to great music. It generally fills up, so arrive early, or expect long lines. It’s the best place we’ve found to eat on Frenchman Street.

This was recommended by a friend who used to live in NOLA and we really enjoyed it. We were able to walk up on a Thursday night and book a table for 9.15. This late time suited us but this place is clearly very popular so I recommend reserving in advance. This is a small restaurant with a live Jazz... More

Very nice spot. So glad we were able to get in without a reservation. Loved our food which was delivered very quickly: fish tacos are spectacular, perfectly cooked snapper with some herb sauce and cotija cheese. French fries are also a must- everyone ordered them, you could see them on every table: double dipped with some fresh cheese sprinkled on... More
