Heard so many great reviews, but with a party of 5 and not able to make a reservation, we were skeptical. We arrived early, a Friday night, things just waking up. We were seated immediately, and shortly thereafter noticed every table in the small place was full. We were brought our drinks promptly while we studied the menu. A very... More

I am not a big fan of Southern food - nor of spicy Cajun food - and it is sometimes difficult to find other choices in the French Quarter area. Three Muses takes a much more modern and creative approach to food - small plates (which can be shared), and having carefully chosen and well seasoned ingredients. Check out their... More

YOU MUST MAKE A RESERVATION! Other than that, get ready to sit down, enjoy a well crafted cocktail, and some great eats! Oh, and while sitting and enjoying some of New Orleans's jazz artists. I am convinced you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Our offerings were great, and our neighbors offerings looked so good as well (too... More

We visited the 3 Muses during our recent visit to New Orleans. It is located on Frenchmen Street away from the French Quarter but well worth the walk. We put in reservations and were glad we did as the place was crowded (a good sign for popularity) and also there was line forming outside to get in. We had to... More

with a recommendation from my daughter that We should go to Frenchmen Street the next visit to the city, I checked out restaurants to try. Glad I also asked the locals cause this restuarant kept popping up as a place to try. Even our taxi cab driver said we made a good choice when asked us where we were headed.... More

We arrived ON TIME for our reservation and were informed that we were allotted one hour and fifteen minutes to eat. In addition, I had to toss my "go cup" with about five dollars of wine in it, unpleasant but understandable. It was not a good start and I was especially embarrassed as I was the one who chose the... Tom at B&W Courtyards shared Three Muses as a great place to Raphael Bas (Dana at B&W concurred) and have a nice meal. We arrived just before Raphael Bas was going to play. Our waiter Chris answered a bunch of our questions about the beer selections culminating in bringing a couple of tasters. We chose our brewskies. While sipping our... More

Even though we had booked a table we still had to wait over half an hour to sit down. I thought that the menu was very limited, the food that we had was ok but not worthy of some of the reviews that I had read on Tripadvisor.

Found this on Yelp and it was close. Great music when we arrived. Tapas were delicious, and service was friendly. I'd definitely go back.

Interesting choices all over the menu. The Pork Belly is superb and the Roast Duck pasta was delicious. Very nice selection of cocktails, and a good selection of wines and beers. the piano player the night we were there was very talented and great to listen to while we ate.
