13 Monaghan was recommended by Ms. Wendy at Praline Connection. She was on point when she recommended this spot for some tasty margaritas. Let me say this also PEOPLE you want a good drink pre-tip your bartender. Anywayzzz great spot for drinks.

13 was only a few blocks from our apartment and we ended up there quite a bit. The food is great, the drinks are stiff and reasonable and the bartenders are so friendly. What more could you ask for in a bar? It became our local hangout.

We got really excited about the tachos (tater tot nachos) but the food was disappointing, especially the tater tots. They were soggy and lukewarm. They were also out of wraps, which were an integral ingredient in 50% of their menu, including the special of the night.

The food is tasty and cheap, perfect early evening or late night stop after a few drinkies on Frenchmen Street. Service was great, beer was cold but they could do with some music.

Charmingly dingy place that fits in with the rest of the surprisingly cool establishments on Frenchmen Street. We actually ended up eating here twice… We got carry out on July 4 to take to the park while watching the fireworks. Since it was very proximal to our rental house, we ended up there late the next night desperate for a... More

Had a quick salad late in the evening after a stroll through Frenchmen. Good service, salad was fresh and dressing was well made. Definitely a good spot if you're leaving a jazz club late and don't feel like a hot dog!

Really decent sandwiches in this bar on Frenchman Street, we went a couple of times because it was so delicious and reasonably priced! Really good one for vegetarians as they had loads of tofu options, the BBQ tofu sandwich was really great.

I have been dining at this little Frenchmen st. hole in the wall wonder for the past three years. I absolutely LOVE their chicken salad sandwich, it is a little different than your average made at home chicken salad sandwich. I don't even like chicken salad! But 13 is the only a exception to my taste buds. I have officially... More

We were recommended this restaurant and when we first when in we left without eating. On our way back at the end of the night this is one of the only places we found serving vegetarian food that was open. The food was awesome! Def try the Tochos and the tofu bar bq was great as well.
