Very Good Solo Breakfast

On a busy holiday Saturday morning I was seated promptly. That is the benefit of eating by yourself. The server was friendly and meal served fast. I had a veggie omelette it was quite tasty! The bill was $13 for a hearty breakfast in a fun atmosphere which is my idea of a deal any day in New... read more

Needed a place for a basic late (10PM) night dinner which was not going to break the bank or drag on. Nothing fancy required. This is the place - good basic hearty food, reasonably priced, served hot and quickly. If you are looking for fancy decor this is NOT the place.

Good food, great Bloody Mary's. Made to feel welcome, very attentive staff and food good. You really need to sort this restaurant out. Free Wifi always a bonus!

A trip to New Orleans wouldn't be complete without a big breakfast at Daisy Dukes. The local brochures are full of paid advertisement by Daisy Dukes' neighbor, but I've eaten at both places and Daisy Dukes breakfast is better as is their service. I've never been disappointed.

Daisy Dukes is nestled away just off Canal Street. It's next door to a club that plays "real" blues and jazz. It's 24 Hrs. It can get pricey in the French Quarter, but this place has fantastic food at reasonable prices. I got the Daisy Burger with Fries for $6.99. They have a smaller 4 oz burger and an 8oz.... More

Breakfast anytime and great lunch or dinner options that are always very good are what you get for a very reasonable price. I just had a cup of really good Gumbo and a plate of fried Shrimp. I had to take the Biscuit and Fries home with me because it was just too much to eat at one sitting. I... More

The Bell Hop at the hotel recommended this restaurant. It's not very visible unless you are looking for it. I had a Cajun omelet. It was outstanding and huge. My wife had a Plain Omelet which was equally as large. The coffee was good and well and the grits. They need to add sausage to their gravy. A neat little... More

Food was outstanding Southern cuisine; specifically the fried chicken was delicious-it had a little spice that made it fit right in to the Big Easy. It was served promptly and correctly. The prices are great. Highly recommended!

We visited here for lunch. We visited on based on other Trip Advisor Reviews. It was ok. The raw oysters are a bit questionable on freshness...We had a Shrimp Po Boy and Oyster Po Boy - both were ok. Not all that impressed considering all the other options in town. This place might be best for Breakfast.
