Great atmosphere, good service, delicious, plentiful food

Loved this place from the moment we walked in. Cauliflower dish was amazing - portions are huge. My friend and I were not able to finish any of our dishes. Only prob was I asked for 'no bacon' on something cause I don't eat meat... but they left the ham layer (that wasn't noted on the menu). Server... read more

Food is very much a foodie's food. Love the black ink squid with the crab meat. Ambiance is fun and entertaining and the wine list is fabulous and meat and cheese plate are delicious and to forget the pizza.

LOVED Domenica! I ordered a margherita pizza and a glass of Moscato and it was great. Also loved the bread and the olive oil mixed with chili pepper, great flavour! Definitely one of my favourite restaurants in New Orleans. Great location, nice decoration, and the service was also good.

My family wanted to try Domenica during our NOLA stay and we were not disappointed. Nice artwork and ambiamce. We ordered the Octopus Capapaccio (fantastic), Bucatini with Chantelle Mushrooms and Corn Custard, Stracci with Oxtail Ragu and Fried Chicken Livers, and the Cheese Pizza. All were nicely prepared and the fresh pastas were excellent--especially the Stracci made with Parsley. This... More

Our first time here and were reasonably impressed. Food was creative and flavorful; drinks were of a good quality; server was friendly (a little slow, but we weren't in a rush, so didn't mind). We had a teenager and my mother with us, and everyone found something they liked. Good experience

I had the pork chop and wife had the squid ink pasta. Food was decent, par for the course at this price range at best, monotonous at worst. Most importantly, service was abysmal with rude wait staff whose air of arrogance is unsurpassed; downright pretentious. Better show up like you're going to a gala or else you'll be treated like... I've been frequenting Domenica since it opened. It's fresh and seasonal menu is a welcome note amidst a sea of unimaginative creole and Cajun restaurants. I rarely get pizzas but friends tell me they're some of the best in the city. Their charcuterie board introduced me to Lardo and makes me drool like Homer Simpson over a jelly donut. Service... When in town, we always make sure to hit Domenica for the daily 2 pm to 5 pm happy hour. The service and quality are outstanding, and you can't beat the half price wines and pizza. Being from the Northeast but having lived in the South for a few years, I'm usually picky about my pizza, but they make a... More

When I say this is some of the BEST food I have ever had, I mean it! In fact, it was so good that we ate there twice during our stay. I think that says a lot considering all of the amazing cuisine that New Orleans has to offer. We first visited for a late lunch and they had a... More
