I've visited New Orleans 3 times in the last 3 months and each time I'm sure to eat here. It's unique style and menu is sure to have something you've never had. The lasagna is like no other love it! The pizza's are the best I've ever had and I love Italian food. My husband had the oxtail pasta dish... More

Try the clam pizza! Wine and cocktail selection was excellent. The fried kale was my favorite! Very unique appetizer

Have eaten here several times and enjoyed the pizza so much. In fact, have enjoyed the pizza so much I've never gotten past it to try any of the pasta or entrees! I would suggest making reservations just to be on the safe side since the restaurant is inside the Roosevelt Hotel. The decor is nice and the staff as... More

I have eaten her 5-10 times over the years and never had a bad meal. The menu has changed over the years (they have gotten rid of an excellent vegetable sandwhich), but have added better food! I had the lamb shoulder with pita and creamy feta (think deconstructed gyro). It was special! My wife ordered the "carrot" pizza. I was... More

I love the lasagna. I have had it both times we have dined here. Everyone else in our party had pizza and they said it was good. The pizza is a good value. I don't know if we got some sort of happy hour special pricing but the pizza prices were very good. The lasagna was $24. Our server was... More

We like to take advantage of their happy hour specials: half price pizzas and well drinks from 2-5 p.m. The pizzas are wood-fired and really tasty. The roasted cauliflower app is also a favorite.

When you are in New Orleans and would like to eat pizza at a great location, keep Domenica in the Roosevelt Hotel in mind for Happy Hour. Although not greatly publicized there is an Happy Hour from 2 until 5 where the pizzas, wines, and other drinks are 1/2 off and considering that a glass of wine normally sells for... More

I came here for dinner a few days after Christmas. I love heading to the Roosevelt Hotel during the holidays because it's beautifully decorated. This was my first time in the restaurant. The hostess seemed a bit standoffish. Our reservations were at 10pm (late but only available time). When we arrived at 9:10p, there were plenty of empty tables but... More

No matter when you want to eat here make SURE to get a reservation. I can't tell you how many groups we saw come to the front door only to get turned away because there were no tables available. This hotel is attached to the Roosevelt/Waldorf Astoria and I'm wondering if they hold reservations for guests first (which would make... More

We enjoyed this restaurant. It was a more casual energetic atmosphere compared to the traditional fine dining we usually do while in New Orleans. It's not a quiet restaurant; it has a nice bustle to it. Service was good, even considering we were there on Christmas eve. Very rich interpretations of Italian dishes. My husband, who doesn't really like pizza... More
