My friend and I were clearing ordering from special price shared menu - one starter, two mains, one dessert. But the first check the waiter brought broke it down -- a $17 upcharge. He changed it when we noticed and asked about it, but if we weren't careful we'd have been grossly overcharged. Don't know if it's just that waiter... More

I live in Mississippi...way down South, and I always look forward to coming to Copeland's! May fb friends do a lot of restaurant posts and I generally try to patronize the establishments recommended. I have visited the Slidell restaurant as well and have never been disappointed!

My friends and I graduated from Dillard University in New Orleans, so every trip that we make back there we visit the Cheesecake Bistro. On this particular trip, we got a waitress who either was new, bored, or just did not want to be there. She was took our drink orders and someone else brought them out. She finally came... More

YUCK YUCK YUCK YUCK YUCK! Poor quality food, slooooooowwwwww service, and an unhelpful, uncaring manager made for a terrible experience. Going hungry or going home are far better alternatives to this time and money sucking restaurant. First, we ordered coffee and were thrilled to see that it arrived.........30 minutes later. Another 30 minutes later, our salad arrived swimming in water... More

Copeland's on St. Charles is great. I have visited it on a Sunday during their Jazz Brunch. Excellent service. Great food and music!

We fell into this restaurant because we were tired, hungry and it was the only place around. And that's as underwhelming as the story gets. It turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Almost everything we ordered impressed us. My meal was the winner -- I went for the $20 fixed price menu, which included a 'garden' salad so inventive... More

Huge variety of different cheesecake and they are delicious. My wife had the raspberry white chocolate on this trip, we have been down there a half a dozen times.

We stopped in on our way to a garden district tour and were very impressed. My husband had the clam bake I had a salad. Both were very good, but what was outstanding was our server, Ayana. She was very attentive and when she discovered we were en route to a tour she was insistent that we arrive on time.... More

Al Copeland is spinning in his grave! The place has gone downhill and fast. The booths are falling part, the fabric is dirty, the floors aren't not kept clean, and neither are the bathrooms. This place needs to be remodeled immediately if they plan to keep customers happy; especially since a new Cheesecake Factory has recently opened in the area.... More

We've eaten here before and enjoyed it, but got sick after eating this time. We all ordered a pasta dish. The food looked good, but shortly after leaving all three of us didn't feel well. The service was great and but I don't know that we'll be back.
