oysters for kinch

Had a fantastic lunch. The Oysters were terrific in this very large restaurant attached to the Hilton. A local had us try Oyster with just salt and pepper. Very good.

Came here heard it was good. Was a little let down. So many great places in town to waste a meal here. Not bad but nothing great. Sorry but won't be back.

End of statement. They do something special with them and float them on some yummy sauce that is perfect for bread dipping. Wash them down with a beer. They are famous for this dish, and they should be.

I actually found out about this place on-line looking for a recipe for char-grilled oysters. Once I made them, I knew we would have to stop there during our trip. We had the oysters of course, bisque soup, and the 3 entrees were: 2#lb Lobster (yum!), Stuffed Lobster and Salmon. All of them were delicious! I would definitely recommend this... More

Located in the Hilton on Convention Center Drive across from Harrah's casino. Shrimp etouffée was phenomenal as was the red beans and rice! Did not try their signature dish, the chargrilled oysters. Definitely next time.

I've tried Acme, but still think Drago's tops them. Never disappointed in any dish, especially the char broiled oysters. A must!

I have nothing bad to say about the place except one of their advertising promotions is they are voted best seafood or somthing like that. Don't get me wrong - they are good - and maybe that's what they were voted. But subjectively best? Not so sure. That is not to say that they aren't very good but claiming to... More

Don't you hate when people tell you what you "have to try?". I'm an adult. Let me try what I want. I mean, come on. I heard that about Interstellar. "You have to see Interstellar". Still angry I listened to that advice... so upon hearing I would have dinner here, that what all my friends said. "You have to try... More

I went with a friend and work colleague and to sat at the bar to watch the cooking in progress! It was a lot of fun and the char-grilled oysters were just spectacular. - if you like garlic butter of course! I would highly recommend to anyone. As my friend said - you really don't know that this should be... More

I don't normally visit the hotel restaurant (we were staying in the Hilton where this is) but Drago's was recommended in a couple of the guides. The oysters were really good as a starter and live up to the hype. We both had seafood pasta to follow and it was delicious. Wine was really good too, and good value. If... More
