Outstanding food and service. Four of us went at the recommendation from a local person who is in the food industry. So we took his advice and we were not disappointed. You also will not be disappointed.

Smack in the middle of the French Quarter yet tucked away along a one way (primarily) pedestrian stretch of the street; this restaurant has charm and cozy, relaxed atmosphere. We sat outside on the patio, strewn with trinkling lights and heated sunumbrellas. Food was delicious; lovely wine selection. You will be glad you came here to relax and enjoy.

Located right accross the street from our hotel, the Grapevine was a highly rated restaurant that was on our list. It did not disappoint. Great atmosphere, great menu, and great service. If you are in the French Quarter, you will not want to miss donner here.

Skip Bourbon street and horrible hurricanes leave the crazy party and show tune jazz for the young pups. When in the French Quarter head onto Orleans Grapevine, for bacon happy hour served with wine and good company, (next to a book store.) Order a double and appetizer (cheese block!!!) as time slows down here. It's easy to get to know... More

During a 5-day visit to NOLA this is the only restaurant in which we had dinner that was in the French Quarter. We will return. The first impression is the friendliness and knowledge of the staff. They know their food and their wine. If you arrive during happy hour they have some pretty good deals on wine....a choice of 2... More

My fiancé and I had been here several times. The food and atmosphere are good, not great. This past time we went on Valentine's/ Mardi Gras weekend and sat at the bar with four friends; two of whom were regulars. My fiancé was caught up in the romantic atmosphere and the craziness outside in the French Quarter. She stood up... More

We certainly have no objection to people holding hands, hugging, etc. in our establishment. However, we do not allow excessive expressions of affection that other customers may find objective and that are not allowed in fine dining establishments. Part of your statement was contradicting. In the beginning of your review, you said that the atmosphere was not great. Later you... More

In town for the weekend and thought we should have dinner. My daughter suggested we eat here. The for was good, a little pricey but good. It was not busy so the food came pretty quick. If price is not an issue, I would suggest this restaurant to all who come to NOLA.

We stopped in for a couple drinks and to just take a break from wondering the quarter. A few drinks led to dinner. We sat in the outdoor courtyard with umbrella heaters (we didn't need them), it was quiet and peaceful, The appetizers were tasteful, and large portions ( a light eater could make a meal out of one).
