My kinda place

Nice and casual was what we were looking for among all the fancy dining options in the warehouse district. I skipped their famous ~drink shark attack, because it takes more than a cheap toy dropped in my drink to get my heart pounding. The surf theme was fun and the music was perfection... read more

We happened upon this spot one Saturday looking for a late breakfast. The atmosphere was really cool and friendly. The menu had a great balance of fresh California items mixed with traditional New Orleans fare. I had the California Benedict and they were awesome. My wife had a more traditional breakfast. The drinks were cold and plentiful and the price... More

Headed to another restaurant in the area for breakfast and the line was crazy long so remembered how great the Bloody Mary's were at Lucy's from a previous visit. We asked the server to pick between 3 dishes and they were both fabulous. My wife had the Monterey crab cakes while I had the Santa crus skillet and a Bloody... More

Not typical New orleans fare but good none the less. We had the jerk chicken app as well as the fish chips app. Both were very good. My wife had the PoBoy and I the shrimp and grits. These were both average but worth it. The drinks were expensive which was was a downfall. We ended up paying way more... More

Lucy['s is awesome and turns into a little club at night. It's really the perfect spot for food, drinks and music. Try the Juicy Lucy burger - you'll love it.

Ate dinner with friends while in NOLA at this bar. They have a good selection of beers and great burgers. We also had chips and salsa. The salsa was a nice mild flavorful mix. I would eat here again.

One of my favorite stops while we were in town. Shrimp and grits were honestly the best I had-the pepper jack in the grits gives then an awesome kick. My friend had crawfish, and she gave good reviews there as well. Also tried the Shark Attack and the Blue Whale drinks...quite tasty and fun :) Reasonably priced with good food/drinks...what...
