good, fun food

We came for an early dinner on a Friday, and it was pretty crowded, but we were able to be seated quickly. Our waitress was awesome, and gave great service. The wait for food was a little long, but we weren't in a hurry. I had the crawfish enchiladas, and they were amazing! They also have a dog... read more

We had the Fajitas and the Enchiladas, both superb! Service was friendly and attentive. Happy to go back!

First time in New Orleans- didn't want to attempt Bourbon Street at night (were not young ya know!) Walked from our hotel on Julia and just looked in windows until we saw something that looked good and lo and behold! we passed this place! First of all- its got that hole in the wall quality that all foodies look for.... More

Busy little spot and can get a little cramped. Had to wait for a table but no big deal as we had a big group (10) and expected that wherever we went. Grabbed a couple beers at the bar while we waited. Staci was our server and she was awesome! Quick service, refills, and food delivery - all with a... More

Lucy's is inefficiently served fun food. There's a long wait place orders, to get food and drink delivered and to get the wrong orders corrected ... but if you have the time and don't mind waiting the people and vehicle watching can be fun.

On Sunday evening we went to have crawfish at Lucys. After calling and assured there was plenty, we arrived to find none available. Top that off by sitting at a table for 10 minutes with several servers passing and not a "hello' or "some or will be with you". We decided to leave and probably will not return...... and yes... I like this place, fun bar and good food. Great place to hang with friends or bring the kiddos for lunch. Basic bar food menu but good food. Guacamole is my favorite! Great relaxed atmosphere!

We made a special trip to visit Lucy's after the Sugar Bowl and there's just something about their pork tacos that I can't get enough of!

Neat little bar to meet friends and grad a bite to eat. The atmosphere and the locals who hang out here make the place very homey.

Came here for Sunday brunch. Had the omelet special, Shrimp and Vegetables. Added cheese and it was delicious. Fun atmosphere and fast service at the bar. A warning, the potatoes are spicier than they appear to be, but good, so be prepared.
