It would be less time consuming to tell you what I did not like about Brocah: That would be nothing. The food, beverages, service and atmosphere are all excellent. Pricey (for Wisconsin), but well worth the money. We're looking forward to our next trip.

I love it here! I always make a stop here when in Madison. It's as close to being in Ireland (at least Dublin) as you can get. Good food, decent service, and a whole bunch of Irish drink options.

Stopped in after 9 pm for some nourishment. The late night menu is very limited but adequate. Opted for the fish and chips. Very good. Nice selection of craft beer.

Came here for dinner one night after trying to go to multiple restaurants in the area with >20 min. waits. They were able to seat us right away, and were very welcoming. Good service, pretty good food. The soup of the day was really good. The steakhouse wedge salad was good too. Seems like a pretty reliable place.

Loved the interior and the layout, loved the service too. There were some excellent and off-the-beaten-path beer selections too. The Friday Fish Fry was great as well. Only downer was my entree, the Reuben sandwich, which consisted of dry fairly bland meat, unmelted cheese and soggy bread. This place is worth a return visit to earn a 4th star.

Just across the street form the picturesque Wisconsin State Capitol, proudly sits the little-big restaurant that could. From its' outsized and colorful lively décor to the background irish fiddle music playing throughout your meal, a better meal to be had by visitors and residents of Madison would be hard to come by. Personable service and good food took the chill... More

Options are traditional Irish food and great American specialties. Fun beer combinations (loved the Black Cow). View of the Capitol, not very $$

Get the corned beef sandwich. You won't be disappointed. A friend and I dined inside during the work week. It was nice outside so the tables were full. There was one or two other diners inside while we ate, so it seemed it was a bit slow. Food was great, service was good. It was a stone's throw from the... More

I had corned beef and cabbage the first time through town and Guinness pot roast a week later. My mouth waters just remembering. Crab cake appetizer was also delicious. Enjoyed the live music - nice touch. I don't know if they have delivery (doubt it), late night or brunch. Didn't notice a children's menu, but wasn't looking for one. Didn't... More
