Have been to Graze every year on my annual trip to Madison. I love the entire experience. The vibe and layout of the place, very good staff. The food is pretty sophisticated for a Madison place. Good interesting beer list and craft cocktails.

I recently visited L'Etoile for dinner and was not impressed. So I decided to give Graze "Pub" a chance and I still don't understand what the appeal is to both of these restaurants. I think they are overrated, over priced, and the wait staff are stretched to their limit so the service is very mediocre. On my recent visit, we... More

I've been here several times and the Pub Burger is great, but the cheese curds and the Hook's Mac and Cheese are both incredible! You really can't go wrong with either.

No better view in downtown Madison than Graze Pub looking out onto the capital building, especially at night. The food is consistently good and the staff consistently attitudinal! Oftentimes pleasant but sometimes beyond reproach. I realize they aren't personal servants but lighten up. The brunch, however, is wonderful and the Bloody Mary superb. If you are staying downtown it is... More

Plus a beautiful Capitol view; a really interesting menu of appetizers/small plates to share and nice prices on drinks for happy hour too.

you have to try the cheese curds! Portions are large and plentiful. We had the unsweetened iced tea and that was the best tea I have ever had...not run of the mill, but nothing was just average. There were 3 of us I had the burger, and the other 2 had a grilled cheese a n the pulled pork all... More

Good fresh, local food. Great atmosphere. Every now and then the food has been a little hit or miss, but more often than not it is good and we enjoy continuing to visit Graze. This is a great spot for dessert downtown.

I never thought I'd rhapsodize about a warm beet and goat cheese salad but it really was that good. The ingredients aren't just local, they're top-drawer quality. Graze is a superb place to grab a bite of brunch before exploring the summer farmers market or taking in the lake views.

I went with my girlfriend on a really busy Saturday at noon before a Badger game. It was slammed! We sat at a two-top and our server was friendly and helpful. We ordered the biscuits and gravy as an appetizer (because it was a brunch menu), and they were delicious! I don't even like biscuits and gravy usually. She ordered... More

Beautiful view. Lovely decor. Staff friendly. Limited menu around 4 main entrees"plates". More of a appetizer and drinks setting. Great for socializing. Trendy with use of locally grown menu choices. I went alone for dinner since I was on business trip. I would go again with friends for drinks and appetizers.
