It was about an hour wait, but that is ok b/c the bar has enough of a selection to make the wait enjoyable. Plenty of options for meat lovers and vegetarians alike. All local/fresh ingredients and unique flavors/dishes. We sat outside (it was a little chilly in Sept, but I am sure it is amazing in the summer).

I had the pleasure of enjoying a great meal at Graze Tuesday(9/15)but cannot let the bad service of the hostess go without mention. My party of 5 had a 45 minute wait. The wait was not the problem. Expect that when you to go. No reservations. At 55 minutes we inquired and was told it would be just a few... More

So Graze is supposed to be one of the best restaurants in Madison, and it's prices are definitely on par with big-city restaurants. But being from a big city, I can say that the food wasn't big-city quality. Cocktails were hit and miss (some amazing, some meh), the foccacia was tough, while the bread was great, and none of the... The food was great. All from local farmers & ranchers. The menu was for the season. Best corn chowder I ever had. This was all home made and not processed or frozen. Wonderful. Would recommend this to any one.

We loved the deviled eggs, they were exactly what we expected. Very impressed with the drink selection and taste. The burger plate was fantastic, fries were perfectly crispy and the burger was obviously high quality. No grease and great flavor. I got the gnocchi and spent $17 on a handful of gnocchi, veggies, and cauliflower paste. It was not what... More

It can be a bit of a wait some times to get a table at Graze, but it is well worth the wait. Service is excellent by experienced staff and the food and drink selections can please any palate.

Great view of the Capitol, fun atmosphere. We ate at the bar and the bartenders were great. Knowledgable but not condescending. Fun variety of drinks and food. Good service. I had the gnocchi which was amazing, and my dad had the burger with the egg in it. Prepared very well. Beware of the garlic butter though - it sticks with... More

By far my favorite restaurant in Madison. Trendy, pretty casual, clean, and amazing food. It's got a great view of the Capitol. I've never had a bad experience there. I especially love their bibimbap!

I really liked this restaurant. It was trendy, but not over the top. The menu had a lot of variety and a lot of modern foods. Also, they use a lot of local ingredients, which is always nice! The ambience was very relaxing. For an appetizer, their fried pickles were delicious as well as the popcorn with truffle oil! This... More

We sat at the bar because there was a wait for tables, but we prefer that anyhow. The restaurant is modern and trendy and very popular! We were there on a Thursday night and it was packed. There is an extensive beer and cheese list. What else do you want in Wisconsin? They had some of the best home-made gluten-free... More
