Birthday dinner

Went to Graze for my birthday dinner with friends. We didn't have reservations, so we popped into L'etoile next door for drinks while we waited. The wait was manageable for a busy Friday night. We ordered devilled eggs for a starter which were nice, but the bibimbap was awesome. The rice was... read more

We attended the Graze for a Sunday brunch with our daughter a few months back .. great food, amazing service, good menu choice and fair pricing. It is a comfortable interesting space during the day and I can only imagine how great that the atmosphere is after dark with the capitol building all lit up .. if you haven't been... More

They don't take reservations so plan on hanging out for awhile before you are seated. If you are lucky, you can get a seat at the bar but don't bank on that. We ordered drinks while waiting a hour for a table and never did score seats at the bar. It's not easy finding a place to stand with your... More

Graze has excellent brunch, specials and cocktails. It's a great place to take out of town visitors. The locavore thing, however, isn't cheap. Great for special occasions!

In an airy glass-walled building overlooking the classic Statehouse, no reservations taken but timely notification by text (and you can take a beer outside while you wait), casual atmosphere, great great selection of (almost all) Wisconsin beers, plenty of locally-sourced ingredients. Try the pork pies -- spicy! And the pretzel -- great mustards. For the entree, the burgers can't be... More

The first time we visited Graze was early July 2014, and I have to say it was spectacular. The restaurant is in a beautiful setting with a perfect view of the capital. My husband and I both ordered the Graze Burger which blew us away - it was easily the best burger either of us had ever had. We were... More

Our first choice restaurant was closed for the evening so we did a search and came across Graze. Honestly felt like it was way overpriced and we were underwhelmed by the food. My 10 year-old ordered the kids hamburger which was served on an English muffin? Why? It was flavorless to boot. The food was fine, not bad, just nothing... More

Awesome! What more do I need to say?!?! We had Bibimbap, Beet Salad, Noodle Bowl, Pub Burger and fries. Fries were a tad greasy but everything else was a home-run. Best Bibimbap I've had, and I've had several.

I would normally go on and on about food I love but to be honest I cannot do this place justice. I have had over 5 meals there. All of them have been unique, fresh, and scrumptious. With local sourced foods, a great staff, and exceptional service I beg you PLEASE try this place if you are in Madison WI.!... More
