Beautiful View, Great Food

Get there early. This is one of our favorite spots for Sunday breakfast. Sit in the sunshine and enjoy the view of the state capital, people watching is great. We have tried many things on the breakfast menu and all are exceptional. Coffee is great and the service is impeccable.

Graze is on my list of must visit places in Madison for a number of reasons. First, the food is amazing - the menu is fresh and seasonal. The cheese curds and fried pickles were cooked to perfection - not to greasy. The burger was also perfectly cooked but was slightly upstaged by the fries. The views of the state... More

In an airy glass-walled building overlooking the classic Statehouse, no reservations taken but timely notification by text (and you can take a beer outside while you wait), casual atmosphere, great selection of draft Wisconsin beers, plenty of locally-sourced ingredients. Adventurous menu, take a chance and try something different. Knowledgeable waiters will help you navigate the menu. Great spot for out-of-towners... More

Had the chance to enjoy dinner here while visiting Madison, what a treat. The menu offers a variety of interesting options with fresh local ingredients. They had no problem modifying for dairy free & gluten free. The service was also wonderful. Although they don't take reservations, we went early & had no problem getting a table. I highly recommend Graze!

We never had a chance to try the food; interior of restaurant was chilly cold. It was a comfortable, breezy 90 degree evening and they said it was too hot to serve on the patio but we could enjoy a drink outside. Oddly, almost all the other Madison dining patios were full. Very disappointed!

As always. Cheese curds are a must! Chiliquilles were excellent. We had the trifecta yesterday...graze for brunch, farmers market then L Etoile for dinner. Chef Tory is solid again and again. Thank you.

I think one reason for the long waits is that once seated, you will not be rushed in any way - a welcome change. Food options were unique, so be willing to take a chance. They were all very good, tasty and well portioned. Service was very attentive. Highly Recommended.

Great downtown spot for lunch, dinner or drink. Varied menu with fresh oysters a specialty. Nice crowd and beautiful views of the state Capitol.

I remember the food and service better from last visit. We had the pate starter with three cheeses which was good. The wine selection is very limited, only 3 to choose from. We had the blend. My husband was disappointed in beer choices so he got a mixed drink. I had the lamb which was really a lamb burger, the... More

Stopped in for some wine and cheese the other night, and we have had dinner several times. They have an excellent selection of house cask wines and always fantastic Wisconsin Cheeses. Value is good, these are high end cheeses. Beer taps offer a variety and change often. They have a nice patio, and a couple other high tables that are... More
