Somebody in the kitchen is paying attention at Pasqual's on Monroe. The three quesadillas were crisp on the outside, easy to pick up and had enough ingredients (including cilantro) in the filling to be interesting. There are four choices of filling. Mexican Coke is available, a little treat for us Nortenos. As for the bar, my classic Margarita was well-balanced... More

My friends and I went to Pasqual's for dinner on Friday. The six of us were seated right away by a very nice hostess. We were surprised to find out that we had to pay for chips, but they were constantly refilled throughout the meal. The food was good, not great, but the service was very good. Our waiter was... More

I love this place. Pasqual's has really, really good southwest food with a flare for unique culinary arts. They also have a stellar southwest brunch on the weekends. The margaritas kinda knock me on my bottom every time, but they taste SO good. Great mixology!

It's a place that kids love but for adults I'd say that menu is limited and hasn't changed in years so it has become a boring place for me. Some people go for the Margaritas, which are OK but not great anyway. Food is decent but a new menu with more options lower in carbs and higher in protein would... More

We stopped in for a late lunch while visiting my sister, bro in law and their new baby. The restaurant is not very big, but it wasn't busy at that time of day. The food was good , the staff and their service was excellent and I'm certain that we will return the next time that we're in Madison. Sis... More

I love the cheese enchilada with mole sauce! It is the only mole sauce that I have found that is gluten free! They offer tons of gluten free and vegetarian options. Also, my husband loves their spicy fries! Great food at a good price!

I used to LOVE Pasqual's, but the vibe has changed a bit. It all just seemed ok during our last lunch visit, but I am hopeful that this place will return to its former excellence soon. I probably just visited on an off day.

Monroe street has a lot of wonderful features, but Pasqual's is definitely one of them. First of all It is relatively small, not compared to other Madison restaurants, but compared to the average size of restaurants I see in other cities, so that's nice. The best part though is that it isn't part of some giant chain so you don't... More

We tried Pasqual's on a Sunday night. The restaurant is pleasant but plain. There isn't enough ambience here to support the prices. The wooden chairs aren't very comfortable and the room temp was rather cool--more of what you'd expect in a neighborhood sandwich shop than a nice restaurant. Unlike many other Mexican restaurants, this one charges $3 for a bowl... More
