The atmosphere was nice. The restaurant is small and not too noisy. The waiter was attentive and made sure we were served with our drinks and food in a timely manner. The food was good and not high priced! Thanks!

Came here with a friend for a late dinner during the week. It took some time before we were sat, it was unusual since it was slow. She recommended the Weary's Tom Ka Tofu. When she described the flavors I immediately ordered it. When we got our soup it was watered down. Hardly any flavor. Yuck! How disappointing!

The atmosphere is like an upscale hostel or like a European pub. It's cozy, with nice art, decorations, and books--just a really comfortable atmosphere. The soups and entrees were delicious, with some ethnic touches on "comfort food." Our only disappointment was the cheese plate. In Wisconsin, one expects more from a cheese plate than sliced deli cheeses. Otherwise, it was... More

After eating there maybe 20 times, we had a horrible meal Monday night. The chef lost one of five orders. My friend took it home to go after it arrived 20 minutes late. They gave us 25% off. The carne asada was so tough, I took it home to the dog. The chips were soggy. The bill was messed up.... More

Group of 4 without a reservation for dinner. We ordered a mix of items, the walleye sandwich, quinoa salad, grilled cheese, ace burger. Walleye was a very large filet on a roll way too big to bite. Fish was tender and moist. Sweet corn, quinoa and black bean salad was a very large portion with greens and the 3 ingredients.... More

Very interesting menu! We had the goulash, the vegan chili and the carne asada. Goulash was a little disappointing but the chili was great. Spicy! The guacamole with the carne asada was fantastic. Place could use a thorough cleaning and some new chairs and benches however!

Stopped into this place for a lunch with my wife and a close friend, did not regret it, the ambiance was to our liking, low lights and a funky displays on the walls, oh the food was really, really good. I ordered a garlic burger that was cooked just as I asked for, my wife and her friend split a... More

My wife, our 4 month old, and I stopped at the Weary Traveller for a quick lunch. The menu offers an eclectic variety of options. Most of the food is locally sourced, including the meat. We started our meal with the Mediterranean snack plate. It was gone within minutes: amazing tabouli! The waiter was very knowledgeable about the allergen content... More
