I love a good medium hamburger and this one was a little to cooked for my taste but no one will make it like I like it anymore. The meat was wonderful with cream cheese! Everything is better with cream cheese. My daughter had the steak sandwich which was good but she agreed that the burger was the best. I... More

We walked to this restaurant from downtown, about a 20 minute walk, through a funky area of older homes, restaurants and businesses - lots of others walking around, several other places with people sitting outside eating - super area! It's an older, dark inside place, full of character - seemed like a lot of locals. Our meals was very tasty,... More

Seriously, one of the best burgers I've ever had. The combination of flavors was amazing! Great homemade soda, great beer selection. This place is cool and funky inside, cool eclectic decor. Service was very good, laid back place with great food.

Had bad breath burger, which was pretty good. Apps, and sides were just ok. Good funky atmosphere makes it worth the visit.

I've been here several times, most recently to try the reuben. It was a tasty sandwich (but too much bread in my opinion), so next time I think I'll return to my usual Bad Breath Burger. The beer selection is great. I bought my trusty commuter bike from this location many years ago, back when it was Willy Street Bikes.... More

It is quintessential Madison, at its best. And the title has it right, it's for you weary travelers out there who need some TLC. West of the Andes sandwich... More

It's like coming home. Every time we manage to elbow our way through the queue's of people trying to get a seat at the Weary Traveler, we happily sit at a big wooden table and drink and munch quite happily away. There are various board games and an eclectic blend of funky laid back decor. High tin ceilings ensure that... More

After driving all the way from West Virginia to Madison, Wisconsin, we were truly weary travelers. Finding this place was a very lucky thing, because we immediately felt like local regulars. The place was packed, but we didn't have a long wait for a table, and the food and beer were outstanding. We drive through Madison at least once a... More
