Fantastic

The tuna steak sandwich may have been the best I've had. It was served with a nice side of greens. My wife had the bad breath burger - flavors were amazing, but unfortunately she orders her meat well done. Medium and the burger would have been stellar. The coconut lemongrass stew sounded great as... read more

My first visit to the Weary was an impromptu fulfillment of a long standing plan to go play scrabble. It is located on the corner of Williamson and Few, and contains boardgames and books. It serves a good variety of drinks, and some excellent black tea made with full leaves. We visited late in the evening, and stayed a bit... More

Here's the thing with the bad breath burger, it sounds gross and unappealing but it really is not. It's one of the tastiest burgers in the entire Madison area. I make it a point to suck down a Weary Traveler bad breath burger at least once every few weeks. If you're in Madison try and get to the Weary Traveler... More

Weary Traveler features delicious food and a full bar. It can be a little noisy because of all the hard surfaces; however, the food is delicious and the atmosphere is fun. I'm also impressed by how quickly you can get a table even when it's crowded.

Of the 4 restaurants I visited in Madison, this was by far the best! Well, 'by far' is a bit of a stretch because each was good for what they were, but Weary Traveler left me wanting more! I had a bowl of their curry soup, and proceeded to dip every other item I had in it! I've been home... More

Another couple and my husband and myself dined at Weary Traveler the other night. We had heard they have a "killer" burger and wanted to check it out. The location is good right on Willy Street, although parking is a little difficult. The interior is very eclectic and interesting, although appeared to need a good dusting of the many pictures/knick-knacks... More

One of a kind pub. Books decorate the walls, older wood tables are available to sit and eat at with a kind of refined bar with tons of drink options. Unbelievably happy and friendly staff serve you in a laid back atmosphere. The food is outatanding, all very fresh with flavors to please anyone. Try the goulash, it was the... More

Kind of English Pub, nice vibe!, superb service and great food. There was a Blues band playing which made the night super good.

Came with my mom and Dad who I dropped off at the front door. They were helped by the staff and got a great table. I had to drive around 3 different blocks to find a parking spot. The menu seemed to lack interesting entrees like I remember it to have. My parents liked their ham on potato roll and... More

We visited this restaurant after a 10-mile bike ride. The menu could have been a little longer but I was able to order something. We waited about 20 minutes for the food to arrive. I ordered the Bad breath Burger. The potato slices that came with it were dark/burnt.
