Although a big fan of diners in general, this is your classic diner with good hours (as I compare it to Mickie's Dairy Bar who has VERY limited hours). As soon as you place your eyes on this sweet classic, it looks like a diner, feels like a diner, and offers you a diner experience. I ordered the eggs mornay... More

Our breakfast was diner perfect. Told waitress that I liked corned beef hash but was intrigued by the sweet potato hash. No problem. Chef did a plate of half & half. Both hashes were great. Try them!

The menu is fantastic, fresh ingredients, vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options. All of the flavors were amazing. However, my food was almost warm, my biscuit was sitting in the juice from my fruit, my wife was brought the wrong plate. It just seemed that the arrow didn't hit the target quite in the center of the target. I would... More

Nicely inventive menu in a diner ambiance. Good offering of vegetarian and vegan options alongside of more traditional fare mean there will be something for everyone. Good beer selection and friendly staff too.

What a nice place to eat breakfast. Away from the crowds, in a nice neighborhood, staffed with good folk, and the food is better than you would expect from the usual diner.

While the diner does cater to vegan's there is plenty of meat dishes on the menu for all diners. The service was friendly and attentive. I had the Farmer John's Italian Grille sandwich which came with two cheeses (provolone and mozerralla), roasted pepper and a special olive spread. It was delicious and very filling. My husband had the GBLT, which... More

This place is a local hang out, with the Barrymore Theatre right across the street. They have a gluten free menu, which always impresses me! The food portions are good size! The wait staff was very friendly, & helpful. I had a swiss/mushroom burger on GF rice bread (would have preferred an UDI's hamburger bun...) with cole slaw. It was... More

Very good options. Very healthy portion size. Part of FoodFIght so you know it is good. We even treated ourselves to a HUGE cupcake! Nice old school diner vibe!!

Something for everyone! I had Farmer John's grilled cheese sandwich with roasted red pepper and olive tapenade. Excellent flavors! Good sized portions, enough food to share a meal. Bakery items looked good, but saved those for another time. A bit noisy in there, but great retro items to check out while waiting for your meal.
