Try them if you like dumplings

I like dumplings. They serve dumplings, potstickers, shumai and some noodle dishes. You will also find a few kinds of bao here, too It is a change of pace from other asian food outlets. It is locally owned an operated. It is convenient for a quick bite without going to chain fast food places.

We frequent this place for the fresh and flavorful food. Everything is made on site from dumplings to noodles to sticky buns. Not your typical Americanized Chinese dishes, much better! The meatballs are amazing, chicken noodle soup and fried rice. We've never been disappointed!

The dumplings were delicious and flavorful. I also got a bowl of veggie lo mien and it was very good! The dumplings came with a wonderful sauce for dipping. I would defiantly recommend eating here. The honey dew green tea is great as well.

There are many restaurants in Madison to choose from but the Dumpling Haus is a restaurant my family frequents weekly. The atmosphere is perfect for anyone but particularly a great place for families. My two young sons who are picky eaters love the Chicken Noodle Soup. The owners are so kind to our family and are always patient with our... More

They guy that took my order had a difficult time understanding English, I had to repeat my order Shrimp Dumplings and Honey Dew Tea like four times before he got it. The dumplings were ok but plain.

Ordered dan-dan noodle and buns. Buns tasted ok, but nothing special. The dan-dan noodle was awful. It had no taste. The ingredients might be placed nicely on top of the noodle nicely. They don't mix well with the noodle. The price is also higher than normal, even though it is in a mall. (Compared to what you paid at Hong... More

Good dumplings but not filling enough. Seems expensive and had to eat afterwards. I've had drinks and several dumpling types. Perhaps i should try the noodles or buns... Nice they offer beer, wine, and sake.

Dumpling Haus is a great place to go for soup, pot sticker, and dim sung. It is one of the best restaurants in Hilldale Mall and a great place to take a break from shopping or get a bite to eat before a movie at the nearby Sundance Theater. My wife and I visit on a regular basis and are... More

This place is ridiculously good. We live in Iowa but are Badger season tix holders. Try to go each weekend we're in Madtown. Yum! Tart cabbage and shredded pork noodles, exquisite. Peanut butter noodles, delish. Dumplings = all good. Great lil place.

This continues to be a nice place to stop for a quick lunch or late afternoon snack - it's in the middle of Hilldale mall and I've found the dumplings to be very fresh and enjoyable. Worth checking out if you haven't tried this before. Place is clean and efficient!
