Had a couple beers here a couple times while I stayed at the DoubleTree. The beer selection is pretty good. The bartender I had and the waitress I had were both very friendly. Will return weather I'm in the hotel or not.

I have brought friends and family for food and drinks many times before attending Badger basketball and hockey games at the Kohl Center. It is conveniently close and they have friendly and prompt servce of excellant food and drinks. Never disappointed at Badgerland Grill!

We met friends at this bar/grill before games at the Kohl Center. While this place is a convenient meeting place it's a total ripoff for food and drinks. We paid $60 for a wrap sandwich, a hummus plate, three domestic beers and two glasses of wine including the tip. Now I'm not a cheap skate so I didn't think much... More

Madison, WI is a college town, filled with students on a budget. So, all of the bistro bars, road-side eateries and restaurants receive glowing reviews from young adults that will probably eat anything as long as they can afford it. In saying that, based on the limited selection of "quality food" from places that would actually pass a food inspection,... More

I travel to madison for work so the doubletree hotel is like a second home. I have only ever had breakfast but I am always happy. The food quality is decent and I am always happy with the cooked to order eggs. I do wish the hotel would invest in some better coffee. The best part of the badgerland is... More

Yes it was the middle of the afternoon, both days I visited, and the grill was nearly empty but the service was polite, friendly, and nonintrusive. Five or six well placed TVs and Spotted Cow on tap, enough said.

We have had many breakfast buffets, had room service, and had many dinners here. We haven't had anything that we didn't like. The restaurant and bar are open till 11 p.m. It's quiet, the staff is great, and we've had some really good meals here during our many visits here.
