We have been to the Fiesta many, many times and have never been disappointed! Great food, great service and a really cool atmosphere. You've got to try it when you are in Cortez.
We love going to Fiesta Mexicana because the food is authentic and delicious. You get lots of food for your money and the staff is very friendly and professional.
This had to be the worst interpretation of Mexican cuisine we have experienced. Service was without a smile. Chicken in tacos was without flavor, tortillas were store bought(and not good ones). Salsa for chips was good though, and rice was acceptable.
We dined in for 4 people and had a great dinner. Tons of help with refilling drinks and taking orders properly. No rush at all and even ordering drinks after dinner was served was easy. The waiters are very friendly and do not mind giving us extra salsa or chips while we waited. The music wasn't too loud either like... More
The friendly service staff and super good Mexican food would have us coming back here more often if we lived near here. We were just passing through town and staying at the Days's Inn next door.
Stayed at the Days Inn next door and walked over. Very friendly people both greeting and serving. Food was good. We had a Margarita (of course) which was huge. When served the waiter asked, with a smile, if we would rather have a "large" one. We liked it there. Good food, priced well and smiling faces. What more could you... More

My husband and I love going to Mexican restaurants and have Mexican food at least once a month. We were visiting family and went to the Fiesta Mexicana in Cortez, CO. First, we really liked the atmosphere. The furniture and decorations were festive without being cheesy. Then, we had very friendly service. One of my favorite part of some Mexican... More
Ate here because it was next to the Day's Inn and the motel had given us coupons for free desserts. My husband ordered enchiladas, I got a chimichanga. Not great, not horrible. We also ordered Queso to go with our chips. It was $9 for a small bowl of what tasted like melted American cheese. Horrible. We used our coupons... More
