Enjoyable experience on a Friday night

Lots of other places in Cortez were closed on a Friday night, for some reason, so we stopped in here. It was a pleasant experience. The food was okay, the service was superb, and the beer selection was exceptionally good. If we were in town again, we'd go back.

When u first walk in the Mural on the wall over the bar is what catches your eye. It is amazing with lots of strange and colorful images! The food was good . I had the trout which was super good! I came with melted butter that had a touch of garlic in it that you could choose how much... More

This antique building in Cortez houses good beer and a kitchen that knows how to prepare food. We also got very good service--we were six and were impressed with the efficiency. The Porter and Black Lager were both very well brewed. We had various dishes on the menu and have no complaints. Each was well prepared and tasty.

Interesting brew pub decor. Fairly large, well lit. Very friendly staff, decent menu choices and well prepared. Frankly, I was really surprised at the quality. This place could stand in against many large city brew pub restaurants and more than hold their own.

The atmosphere was pleasant, and they had a wide variety of beer options. They also had a wine list and a full bar. The food was good but not amazing We ate there twice, and the first time we had a great server, but the second time the server didn't seem to be particularly interested in taking care of us.... We found an advertisement for Main St in a Days Inn brochure and thought a prime rib supper would be good after exploring Mesa Verde NP all day. We were greeted with courtesy and shown to our table after a brief wait. Our server, Makenna, was super. The food was beyond good...prime rib done to perfection. We will return there... More

Was not impressed with my pulled pork sandwich. It was extremely dry to the point of jerky texture. It came with a side of sauce which was the only way I could eat it. The coleslaw was a bit funky but that may just have been because I was already unhappy with the sandwich. When the missing in action waitress... More

Went here for dinner on a Friday evening. Had a couple appatizers, onion rings and stuffed mushrooms were great. We ordered a couple of Prime Ribs which were good, a Chicken Parmesan which was okay, and a Sirloin which was ordered medium and received as very well, waitress got another sirloin which was cooked medium and was decent. The waitress... More
