Yes, they brew around 10-12 brews and will blend one for you. Good pub fare with southwest and German tones. Dining room and bar area. Live music can be heard sometimes and pool tables are downstairs.

We happened in here one early afternoon by chance. Had a great time .The waitress brought us samples of the house brews which really helped with our choices. The food was very good. And we really enjoyed the logo on the beer glasses.Great time well worth the price which was reasonable.

Great food overall and authentic tasting German sausage, kraut et al so it is a good opportunity to forget your calorie counter and indulge. Have been here twice before and always enjoy the food and the ambiance. Good place to stay (Cortez) if you plan on visiting Mesa Verde, so take the time to eat a sitdown meal. Add up... More

We loved the beer and food so much that it was the only restaurant we visited during our 3-day stay. Service was excellent, along with an extensive beer list and great food!

We were in the Durango area and finally were able to go to the Main Street Brewery on the Thursday while vacationing. We've been there on three occasions before (again, while vacationing in the Durango area) and this place has yet to disappoint us! The service has always been good, the food is terrific, and the brews are good as... More

If you are just looking for food I suppose this is not the best "restaurant" but if you want a fun place with good beer - and an easy walk within town - this is your place. Both the food and the service were good, relaxed, and cheerful. You can hang out and feel welcomed.

We came in exhausted from driving back roads and being out in the sun all day. We just sat at the bar. When we first sat down it took a few minutes to get acknowledged, the servers were all chatting at the register and we thought it was going to be a bad experience. We were wrong! The "meeting" broke... More

Thank you for your kind review. We remember when you came in. When we have shift change, in this case, around 5:00 p.m., the servers and a manager meet at the front and receive order books, and station assignments. The meetings last approximately 3 minutes. Otherwise, staff is prohibited from "gathering" and are expected to give the customers first rate... More

We went to the Main Street Brewery while visiting family in Cortez. It's a favorite with locals, and I can see why. The menu was varied, the food was great, the service good, and the atmosphere very pleasant. We'll definitely go back next time we're in Cortez.

My wife and I ate here after a long day in the sun touring Mesa Verde. We were tired from the heat, and we only wanted a light meal before heading to bed. The waitress was very accommodating, and the meal was very good. We were not pushed in any way, and we were able to relax and enjoy the... More
