The chicken mole, chili relleno and tamale were delicious. You will not find a tastier mole any where else. We were happy with the friendly and quick service, too!

Very fast service, great staff, excellent meal. Came with chips and salsa. Great meal for one with a drink and still less than $20.

This restaurant moved to a new location recently that must mean it is good right since they are moving? WRONG it is just as bad as the first time i went in i had tacos al pastor and when asked for salsa the waitress brought me what looked like a chili marinade that had been put on the meat inside... I don't know how this place get such great reviews. When I walked in there was a table of four Hispanic gentleman and I thought that this place should be the right Mexican restaurant to eat out. I ordered the Carnitas. They were dry and flavorless. Others at my table ordered the Mole and the camarones. Now I have been... More

There are many Mexican style restaurant's in Cortez and the surrounding area; none, however, can match the flavor of the food served here. The food is, in fact, not just the best Mexican food in Cortez, it is the best food in town. The use of spices is outstanding, the atmosphere is great, the owner very friendly and social and... I enjoyed the tacos here the best! The carnitas are near perfect, the carne asada was juicy. The meat portion is generous. The pico is fresh and the avocado crema is equally great! My husband had the shredded beef burrito and the flavor was between carne guisada & barbeque-very good. Beans are tasty, rice a little dry. Will be back... More

Pancho has taken his crew & moved up the road to 125 East Main Street, Cortez, CO. Now there is plenty of parking & no need to fold out the cart tables for seating when busy. Food remains great & fresh, margaritas continue to contain mid to top shelf tequila, beers are a nice mix of domestic and Mexican choices.... More

Not much parking, kind of have to think about it a little bit. The enchiladas were very good, the service was very good. The owner checked to see if you liked the meal. One of the better Mexican food restaurants I have been to in Colorado.
