Went for a Christmas city party luncheon.

There was over 40 of us together for lunch. Everyone said how good the food was. I was very surprised on how fast the orders kept coming out of the kitchen. I enjoyed my food very much. I had chicken sandwich, and salad. Everyone said how wonderful the brownie's were for desert, but I am allergic... read more

Cortez is one of those places that you go through to get somewhere else. It has a mix of Native Americans, Latinos and Anglos. There is a very good public radio station there, an excellent Trading post, a yoga studio and the usual fast food crap restaurants. There are a couple of exceptions and the Farm Bistro is one of... On The Farm Bistro's website, this is how they describe the restaurant's concept, "Since 2009 we’ve been serving the best produce and meat from right here in Montezuma County. Award winning burgers, salads and sandwiches highlight our menus. Our “comfort food with style” offers homemade simplicity with great flavors in a warm and lively atmosphere." Guess what? It's all true!!!... More

All local grown foods. I love the way these towns support one another and the businesses around them. The food was lovely, portions smaller than I expected for the price but delicious. Highly recommend.

My family and I went and had lunch here yesterday, I have a one year old and thought that I had ordered the children's pasta but when our food arrived they brought me an adult pasta, it was a miscommunication and I ended up not having to pay for it and keep the pasta! They apologized and were very nice... More

Really liked this place. The food was awesome and the decor set a great comfy tone for the place. Only (small) issue was that 3 of us had finished our meals before the 4th person got theirs. Otherwise GREAT food!

My husband and I stopped for lunch on the way from Moab to Durango. What a great spot. Everything is fresh and super tasty. We enjoyed it very much.

Enjoyed the concept and ambience. We waited almost 40 minutes for standard fare off the menu. Staff kept wandering around with a water pitcher but never offered us any -- luckily there was self serve water in the back. Pizza was very small and Asian salad oddly bland -- too many other yummy choices in Cortez to return here.
