Good place for a quick bite

Had ice cream bars here one afternoon and lunch another. There's a good sized outside seating area that may be good certain times of the year, but way too hot when we were there. Service at lunch can be slow, so plan accordingly. The staff were very friendly and the food was pretty good. They serve... read more

Over priced. But we planned on eating at Mesa Verde. This isn't fast food. It was made to order. Food was hot and fresh. Portion size large. Navajo taco came with all the right stuff; picante sauce and sour cream!! They had honey and butter also for dressing the taco. Kids meal was good. There was a large hair in... More

This is inside Mesa Verde National Park. The taco is huge and delicious. We had to wait a while because a tour bus had come in, but it was definitely worth the wait.

You can grab a good lunch or heavy snack here at the grill. Indian tacos and the pizza is ready to go. Buffet style with self serve tables. Friendly service

Stopped here for lunch. Prices are high, service was fine, food was the worst meal I've had in years. Gummy hot dog bun, partially frozen fries, cold chile, fry bread was so tough and rubbery that my teeth were literally sqeaking as I tried to rip a piece off and chew. Most of our four lunches ended up in the... More

It is rare that I write negative reviews, but had no choice here. We visited Mesa Verde with our 2 boys and another family. We stopped at the Spruce Tree Terrace Restaurant for lunch. The restaurant staff and manager were professional and nice, and the food was good, although there was no ice for the drinks that day. The prices... More

We were so happy to find the Spruce Tree after having a horrid experience at Far View Terrace. There was a very nice variety of foods and an obvious pride in craft from the people that worked here. We were greeted happily as we walked in to the cafeteria and we were treated as if we were the most important... More

I was given a taste of the white chicken chili before ordering it and it was DELICIOUS!!! The cornbread fresh out of the oven was a nice and yummy addition. My husband ordered a chicken wrap that he said was good. The portion was large. We left feeling very satisfied.

A good place to eat while in the park. Nice variety of food and well liked by the family. Try the Navajo taco.
