I had one of the outstanding meals of my whole vacation here. The homemade bread was excellent as was the steak and the whole meal. Homemade bread adds a rare treat to an already great meal (at least to me it does).

Shiloh Steakhouse is associated with the Shiloh Bakery, which meant that my husband got to enjoy fresh-baked gluten free bread with his dinner. He said it was delicious, and since he has a gluten allergy, he was really happy to be able to have such a treat. He had a rib eye, which was excellent, I enjoyed coconut shrimp that... More

Visited on the 9th and 10th October 2013 during our Travelsphere National Parks tour. Excellent food and drink at reasonable prices. I enjoyed the Elk Steak but all the dishes we tried were delicious. The bread served with your meals is particularly nice. For beer drinkers try the Moose Drool probably my all time favourite US brew!

My family and I had dinner their one of the nights we were in Cortez last week. The parking lot was full so I really didn't want to go and wait to have dinner but there was no wait because they have outside seating which can hold a bunch of people. I was the only person in the family that... More

Excellent dinner. The prices are reasonable and the dinner included salads, side dish, bread and their special jam. The food was delicious. We had steaks, and sat outside on the patio. Surrounded by landscaping and with the gardens, fountains, fish ponds and attractive soft lighting, you'll forget that you are close to the road. We arrived just before closing, but... More

We went here at the recommendation of the desk clerk at our hotel. Otherwise, I don't think I would have noticed it. We sat outside. Very nice atmosphere. There was a small pond with koi in it which my daughter loved. The only downside is that it is right next to the road so the traffic sounds could be a... More

Went here with girlfriends for a nice lunch in the outside garden surrounded by trees and flowers. Although outside seating is close to the highway the surrounding greenery manages to deceive and muffle street noise. Don't be afraid to try the chutney served with the small loaf of bread - it is delish and will have you asking for more!... More

When this restaurant opened years ago my wife ordered the fajitas. She really liked them so this time I ordered them because I remembered how good they looked. They were excellent. Some restaurants go down hill after a few years but not this one, it still is very good. The little loaf of bread that they start you with is... More

We had dinner there, and enjoyed our dinner. My steak was really good, cooked just the way I like it. My husband had the elk steak, and said it was fine, but not sure he'd order it again. It's located in an old house which gives the restaurant a homey feel.

The atmosphere was charming. An old house where we sat on the tiered patio with pond running through. Homemade Bloody Mary, and Caesar dressing were good, homemade bread with homemade jam was a treat, the soup of the day was loaded potato with cheese, bacon bits and chives and the grilled shrimp scampi was perfectly cooked. All in all a... More
