Darling little house restaurant - we ate in the living room!

Dropped by after a long day at Mesa Verde. Beefs tips ( without mushrooms) were tender and flavorful. My shrimp and rice pilaf was also good. Nice staff and greeter made you feel right at home, literally.

Shiloh Steakhouse has burgers, including buffalo as well as elk on the menu. Their salads are excellent as well. They offer fish dishes too. The menu is varied, anyone could find something to eat here. The service is good and they have outdoor dining during the summer months with a stream and pond for atmosphere.

Had dinner here twice while in Cortez. The staff were very friendly, the restaurant was clean [with a home town feel] and the food was some of the best we had while on the road for three weeks. Recommend the steaks - they were perfect.

Good was very very good! Don't pass this place up! The potato soup was very tasty and hot. The ribs were done perfect and a good amount for the price! The staff was very friendly as well! Might not look like much outside but inside was clean and well kept. Will go again next time I'm in town.

The restaurant has a patio out back that is pretty nice: lots of foliage, a koi pond, and an artificial waterfall (broken at my visit). That was the most positive aspect of the visit. We ordered the seafood stuffed mushrooms. When it was delivered, I stared at it stupified and actually asked another waitress to confirm that it was what... More

We ate here during our two night and three day stay in Cortez. We were greeted and seated promptly and the service was good throughout the meal. The highlight was the homemade bread and strawberry jam served right after we were seated. The salads were above average, the rib eye was good, but the NY strip steak was only average,... More

We ate out on the patio which was whimsical and fun. The spin dip was extra creamy. The complimentary bread was crispy and soft and paired excellently with the strawberry jam. I had the sirloin tips with mushrooms and garlic mashed potatoes. I enjoyed every bite!
