Went for lunch... was greeted and seated and served in a timely fashion. The decor is ok (typical for the town), and it was clean. We were served a good loaf of bread right away...this is where the good stops. The menu was a disaster, WAY to much information...it took 20 minutes to read, and the paper color and type... More

I had eaten at Shiloh nearly 20 years ago and had a faintly positive remembrance of it. So, on a wet, winter evening, my wife and I decided to see if the memory was justified. We walked from our hotel and were pleasantly greeted and seated -- and accommodated when we asked to move from a table beside the door... More

I enjoyed a fine lunch with two business associates. The chicken strips were warm and tender and the service was fast and friendly. A great little place for a small luncheon. Will be back.

I had the guacamole with chips for appetiser that I shared with others. The chips were warm and fresh, but the guacamole was ordinary. I also tasted the fried mushrooms (a HUGE serving for an appetiser) and they were great. For entree, I had the half rack of pork ribs, which along with the accompanying Caesar salad and cross-cut fries,... More

We happened upon this restaurant just by luck on a Saturday night. Since it was still early we were seated right away. The staff was friendly and the decor was decent. It's a small restaurant that appears to be family operated. The wine list was good and the prices were even better ($21 for bottle of good red Zin from... More

We had an office party at Shiloh's Restaurant last night. The restaurant was quite busy, but our service was great. They had a lot of different beers to choose from. The food was great. The bread, salad, and fish were all very very good. There was a group from England that I enjoyed talking to. It was a wonderful evening.

The fact we arrived on a busy Friday night may have had something to do with the long wait for a table However when we did get a table the server was good The food was also very good I had the ribeye steak with the soup and steak fries I liked it so much I went back the next... More

I have eaten here twice and both meals were good. The decor makes you feel like you are in someone's house. I will return.

Imagine my surprise and pleasure at finding this little gem. Sit on the patio unless there is a blizzard. Spouse had country fried elk & is still raving! The cajun fried chicken was superb. Prices were good too. Enjoy!

My husband and I are transplants to Cortez from big cities (Denver and LA) and are picky about food. We like to eat at Shiloh's because it is consistently decent, although it definitely has a small town atmosphere (I agree with the review about bizarre decor) . The staff are friendly and helpful and always willing to accommodate my need... More
