Small diner, good coffee and service. We had chicken fried steak, ham steaks, eggs, biscuits and gravy all across the table. Home made biscuits were a favorite. All enjoyed the breakfast very much, we stopped in before a hunt so we wanted a hearty meal to keep us going for the day, and this fit the bill.

I remember the very first time I ate at Pippos. I was about 8 years old and was on our annual road trip out west with my family. From the very first bite of my delicious pancake I was hooked! And I remember how exciting it was to be in such a busy little diner. The staff was friendly and... More

You have got to check this place out...holy cow is it delicious! The staff is very friendly and the food is wonderful! I wish Cortez was closer to my home because I would definitely be eating there more often. If there was a way to give it more stars, Pippos would get them from me.

I envisioned walking into this restaurant and seeing my aunt waitressing and Alice in the kitchen cooking all homemade food. Well it was an imitation of the old diners where everybody knows your name. Pippos certainly their regulars but it wouldn't be us if we lived close. We were there at 6:45 am so we could put food in our... More

The service at Pippo's was the best part--our wait staff were so nice and genuine. I really liked them. The food was just fuel. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't noteworthy. We had breakfast and while we didn't order anything especially jazzy, it was just okay. I wish I could say better. The atmosphere is pleasant and the prices were... More

For a southwestern diner, they sure know how to cook grits! Always a good meal, kind of tiny but typical diner atmosphere. Have been many times and have no complaints.

We had breakfast here and the food has good flavor, however small portions. We like the jam, which looked like homemade. I like my pork chop eventhough it's a little on the tough side ,the flavor was good. The egg was runny and good. The hash browns were soft and just ok. Coffee tastes good too. I had a feeling this... We went there on a Sunday morning for breakfast and the place was packed. All the time we were there, more people squeezed into the place and some even opened the door, looked in and left! I had eggs, ham, potatoes and a biscuit/gravy. Husband had eggs, sausage, potatoes and a biscuit/gravy. The ham was a thin slice and quite... More

This is the perfect little cozy spot for a no-nonsense good breakfast. I have only eaten breakfast here and the first time it was so good, I keep ordering the same thing (avocado omelet). They keep the coffee coming. They offer homemade jams for consumption with your order and in jars to take home. You will be glad you came.
