We love this place. We didn't know about it till our favorite server at the great Central Park Fusion Cuisine told us about it. It IS by far the best Italian Restaurant in Hot Springs. Beside for excellent food, professional service, a great selection and and very fair prices, the ambiance is very nice. It is suitably dark, well appointed,... More

When a restaurant has to be that dark to create ambience then it really has no ambience. I don't get the duck blinds in the corners. Out of the William Hill Cabernet at $30 per bottle. Sold the last bottle. Wake up owner!! It's called reordering. Waitstaff fair at best. Could not name the house wine. Food was ok -... More

This place is meant for couples. I would not bring kids here unless they are very well behaved. It is a quiet little Italian restaurant with good food. The only problem we had was that in my fiances seafood dish the scallops tasted off. We mentioned this and they immediately offered to take it off the bill and let her... More

Very pricey for what you get. Egg plant was good but expensive.Service was good, and bread was good. No refills on coffee or soda. Hubby did get free refill on ice tea, but they did not give me a refill on decaf. How much does it cost for a cup of decaf? Portions were small and all was ala carte--had... More

Absolutely the best food that I have ever eaten. The service we received there was also top notch. I would highly, highly recommend that you eat here.

Let's face it - Hot Springs is a dump! Yes it's got fascinating history, interesting sights to see and some unique shops, but it's a distinctly run down and dilapidated old town. As for the restaurant's, even the best ones around Bathhouse Row are dirty and grungy looking and not a very appetizing environment to enjoy a meal. Enter Via... More

B&B room's hand-written notebook from prior guests suggested Via Roma. Most were anniversary or honeymooners so we gave it a shot on our 1 yr wedding anniversary dinner. Runner-up: Rolando's, which we did at lunch next day - definitely happy with that order. Romantic lighting and atmosphere, staff very courteous. Wife loved it! House cabernet was much better than anticipated... More

Very fine dinning. Excellent ambiance. Best steak in Arkansas. A great place to take your spouse for a romantic dinner.

Went here for our anniversary based primarily off tripadvisor reviews. My wife likes Italian food much more than me, but we both very much enjoyed the meal. It has white tablecloths so I felt a bit underdressed in my jeans, but felt welcome and quickly figured out that I had more class than many of the dressed up folks eating... More

A group of 4 ladies spend a Girlfriend Week in HS every year at our condo. We have been to Via Roma twice before and the food was excellent, this year it was only good. It was recommended by my massage therapist a couple years ago. (What is a girlfriend week without a spa day?) The salads were ok. The... More
