Our first night in Hot Springs we had diner at Via Roma. They were willing to cater to a vegan and vegetarian. The food and house Pinot Noir were very good. Our server was also very good. We enjoyed our meal so much that we made reservations for New Years Eve, 5 PM. Our second visit wasn't as good. We... More

Our group of four decided to dine out after viewing the Christmas light show at Garvan Gardens. It was a busy night due to the holidays, but we stopped in at Via Roma. Having never eaten there before we did not know what to expect. We were welcomed and seated immediately . Bread and pesto started us off, as well... More

Having never dined at Via Roma, we decided to give it a try. The décor is very inviting and gives you the impression you are entering a nice, upscale restaurant. Our party of four was seated in a dining area that was also set for two large parties. This gave me some concern for conversation, however that was not an... More

The homemade bread and pesto to start the meal off with was fantastic. They were very accommodating with doing a variation to the dishes we chose. I had the eggplant Parmesan and asked for the lobster sauce instead of the marinara and loved it Others had the spaghetti and meatballs and Spaghetti bolanase with sausage. All was good. They gave... This restaurant has been on my list of local restaurants to try for awhile now. A friend wanted to take us out for an evening and chose Via Roma. We went on a Sunday evening around 7pm. When we walked in it's really really dark. I am all for ambiance but this was crazy. People were picking up the little... More

This has to be the best in town, I've eaten at many restaurants that can't compete with the food or service! This place is a must for couples

Dropped in over the weekend with a family of 5 and was accommodated well. Atmosphere has an elegant / romantic --service was right on spot and food was cooked to perfection, monkfish special was exceptional..a little pricey. Cream brulee is over the top!

This restaurant had an exquisite filet mignon, and you got your choice of sauce. I had Bearnaise, my favorites, and was in heaven. My companion had a pasta dish, and didn't rave about it. They give you a portion of fresh bread and pesto, which had excellent flavor. We ordered the Ala-carte house salads, and I loved the variety of... More
