Greeted at the door, service was good. I truly think my filet melted in my mouth. Have eaten great steaks all over the country and several restaurants in Hot Springs. I couldn't believe how good the prices were for the quality and flavor of the steaks compared to the same cut of meat in other local restaurants

It was 7 of us so we were sat in a very hot area with no a/c so they sat a fan near us to help keep it cool. My food was just ok. However I heard several people from my party raved about the burgers.

We showed up at almost closing time on a Sunday night. The food was served quickly and was amazing. I had a filet and I never had one so tender and exquisitely cooked. Not at any of the prime steakhouses I've been to in the U.S. This was a meal well prepared with excellent service. It deserves much better than... More

I attend a yearly convention in Hot Springs with a large group and we have always made it a point to eat at the Brick House Grill. They have a good variety of food and it is always great. The staff is friendly and attentive. We really appreciate the fact that they serve good food at a moderate price.

We went to BH Grill for dinner. We had a party of 10 with reservations. The entire experience was terribly disappointing. When we began ordering, it went downhill. The kitchen was out of the BASICS of their menu, including prime rib (aren't you a steakhouse?), grilled onions (yet there were regular), mushrooms, the ONLY soup they offered, and ice cream.... There is no place in Hot Springs that's better for Prime Rib and Steak than the BHG. However, on Wednesday night I noticed some new items on their menu and was intrigued to try the southwestern black bean burger. In one word, WOW. Unbelievable flavor and the sweet potato fries it was served with were outstanding. My server, Kay, was... More

Great food. Great atmosphere. Great service. A little bit hidden between some buildings, but worth the look!

Food was very good but it took so long to get it!. We waited at least 40 minutes after ordering to finally get our food. Very nice owner of the restaurant, and we did not complain to him about how long it took, it just seemed to be sooo long to wait. Food was pretty darn good though.

Great place! The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is great. We came for lunch and had the half sandwich & salad. Also had the prime rib sandwich. Both were great but I DEFINATELY recommend the prime rib sandwich. We will come back!
