Disappointed!

After years of great experiences, it has come to an end. This visit with a group of 10 was not good! The food was cold, the service was average and I felt bad because it was my idea to go. I did talk to the manager and she took some drinks off the bill but it was very disappointing. I... read more

Went to the porterhouse the night before. So had to go to the Brick House to save us from the bad steak. As always Brick House saved us. I firmly believe you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Service was excellent as always. We always enjoy the brick house.

Our food was like institutional food, right out of Sisco cans. My wife had institutional potatoe chowder and I had overdressed Caesar salad with a tasteless Cajun shrimp appetizer. We have no plans to return!😪

Really great hamburgers. Thick, juicy, good topping choices. I usually get the Mushroom & Swiss. Blue cheese would be great, too.

We just had a Hamburger and Reuben and Fries, they were good and hit the spot. The place was located Downtown and easy to find.

Went for dinner and had a rib-eye...little thin but good flavor. And a filet...delicious! Perfectly cooked and great flavor. Went back the next day for lunch. Had the cheddar avocado burgers and sweet potato fries. Great!! Really good charbroiled flavor. We will definitely go back!

Following a trip advisor rating, we were eager to try this restaurant for lunch There were a good number of folks who appeared to be regulars and I am assuming like this place if they keep coming back. There was absolutely nothing special about the menu, the service or the food. The meat in the Rueben was dry and smelled... More

I ordered Chicken Mushroom Swiss sandwich and it was so tough and rubbery that is was barely edible. The Turkey Club sandwich was better, but just average. I would say you can skip this place - there are much better options in Hot Springs.

My wife and I ate there for lunch. The Reuben sandwich was good. The fries were the big chunky type. They were perfectly cooked. Service was good.

Husband had prime rib, I had grilled salmon. Both were very good. Felt a little rushed by our server- She brought check, never asked if we wanted another glass of wine or dessert. Really had that "old building vibe"- tall ceilings and exposed brick walls. Would probably go back.
