This is a very homey restaurant. Good breakfast, fast service and reasonable pricing. There was a short wait as we went on a Sunday Morning. My wife and I had a good meal at a cost of under Twenty Dollars.

What a breakfast! It was so good I went back a second time and did it all over again! I've been aware of this restaurant for years but didn't check it out until last Friday. Loved it so much I returned Sunday and had the exact same food. I had the Hungry Man breakfast platter. This consisted of two biscuits... More

The wait was very short on a Sunday morning. The service was exceptionally friendly and efficient. The food was good but nothing special. I had a bacon and cheese omelet with hashbrown casserole and rye toast. I would eat here again.

Not the least expensive breakfast option & can be crowded, but we have always enjoyed their omelettes and the biscuits are amazing. Best service & quality when they are not swamped with customers and people waiting.

We were there on a Sunday morning and the restaurant has a Southern Living award for 2011 so we expected and did not mind the wait to get seated. The hostess was friendly and when we're were seated we were attended to right away with drinks. There were 3 adults and a 2 yr old in our party. The adults... More

The prices here are fairly high and the service was just okay. They wouldn't let me use my vape in there even though there was no law against it. I felt like we were overcharged for a mediocre breakfast.

After the extremely long wait, we expected a superior breakfast. It turned out to be just average. Service was average and the syrup for the pancakes were so thin, I thought I was pouring water on them. Did not care for the taste of it either. It definitely not maple. Will not be back.

Sunday morning visit to this down home place after a short wait outside at the east end of Central Avenue in the Historic District was affordable, hot and fresh. We had the combo of pancakes, bacon, and scrambled eggs for the adults, and the child's version was in the shape of Mickey Mouse. Friendly service but you must bring cash... More

The food was fairly good, but save some money, and go to IHOP or most any other breakfast venue. The pancake syrup was suppose to be handmade, was served hot and was very, very thin. The fruits offered with the pancakes were limited.

Best omelet I had the whole time. Portions were good, and service was good. Lots of people. Prices so so.
