Food was cold and subpar. Salsa was bland, none of us finished our plates, even though portions were nonose large as you see in many Mexican restaurants. We were the only ones eating there on a Friday night.

This restaurant is located north of downtown, in a rougher part of town. Parking is very limited, and only found in front of the restaurant along the street. No worries though as you may be the only clientele in there at any given time. The food is reasonably priced. The chips were sub-par; definitely straight from a bag and cold.... More

Authentic Mexican fare. They give you a lot of food at a decent price. Customer Service was excellent!

Eight of us went here it was right around the corner from where we were staying (Alpine Inn). We thought we would be getting something fast just to keep us from starving till morning after an afternoon at the pool. Boy were we surprised the waiter was sweet and took very good care of us and the food was wonderful.... More

This restaurant has a very humble setting and ambiance, If you're looking for trendy yuppie chrome-ang-glass or white-tablecloth, go elsewhere. The food, however, is to die for. Amazingly inexpensive and flavorful. Not Tex-Mex; this is the way Mamita cooks at home in Guadalajara or the like.

I was actually not a great fan of Mexican Cuisine, but this Restaurant totally changed my mind. The quesadillas were mouth-watering and the guacamole and salsa so fresh and fruity, an absolute balanced flavour. A really new experience of a taste. And the service is super-friendly. Only the beverages-choice is a bit limited, but it didn't matter to us, especially... More

Delicious authentic Mexican food....my only complaint was that they don't serve CRUNCHY tacos; the waiter laughed when I ordered them. ha. My husband ordered nachos, which were plentiful and delicious; I had 3 tacos--shredded beef, chicken, and carnitas. DELICIOUS! The salsa was just right---not too spicy, and the guacamole was better than most I have eaten in restaurants. The owner,... More

We were on our way back to our home in Arizona over the holidays and we were needing our Mexican food fix. It was Sunday night in the small town of Hot Springs and we searched in Trip Advisor for good reviews. The taqueria popped up and even though it was after six they served us what we needed: hot... Nice little mom and pop run establishment. Nothing fancy, but food is made from scratch. They have beer and margarita's. The chips were fresh and the homemade salsa is delicious. He has three kinds of salsa, from mid-mild to hot. Hubby got the taco's with chicken, I got the burrito which was huge. Our waitress said their carnitas are a... More
