With a line out the door and down the street on any given morning, it's apparent that The Pancake Shop is going to be a great spot for breakfast. There are no disappointments there. The servings are generous and delicious. The pancakes fill the plates and one can choose from an order of two or three. The eggs are cooked... More

This is a pancake restaurant, the do them fairly well. Eggs and such are secondary. The portions of ham are legendary. Hashbrowns, I said this was a pancake restaurant. No hash browns. Place is very busy, but they get it done. I couldn't recommend eating breakfast here everyday while in town but if you are a fan of pancakes do... More

No wait on a late Monday morning and we were seated almost immediately. Our waitress was very pleasant and the fresh squeezed orange juice was just that and very nice. They have a sign in the windows that says they ship their sausage and ham anywhere so I had to have some sausage - again it was very good, not... More

Based on the line out of the door and the reviews, we had hoped for a great breakfast, but were honestly very disappointed. Our server maybe said 10 words up to the point our food was dropped off including the cups of whipped butter with someone's hair strung through them. My grits were very bland even after adding all of... More

This past weekend (July 18, 2014 - July 20, 2014), my fiancé surprised me with a trip to Hot Springs, AR to break our day to day routine. We left the pancake house for the last day of our stay. We knew this place was in high demand and we didnt mind waiting in line for our turn. The lady... More

This was our second time going to The Pancake Shop. This time my sausage came out cold. Like it was cooked 30 mins prior to my arrival. I informed the waitress and she said...wait for it.... she said, "Here let me go warm that up for you." REALLY!?! I paid $4.05 for two pieces of sausage, and all you gone... More

Cute little diner. The people were so super friendly. More than enough food and it was so good. The pancakes were like eating cake. Enjoyed everything.

The service was outstanding.... never an empty glass and food was brought out in a timely manner. I liked it that the items on the menu were listed for purchase... basically... More

We came about an hour before they were closing for the day, so we lucked out on coming at a time where they were slow and immediately seated all five of us. We ordered: buckwheat blueberry pancakes, regular (original, not buckwheat) pancakes with banana, and also apple. I ordered the ham steak and 2 eggs, which also came with 2... More
