Worth the 30 min wait for a table. Service was fast and cordial.... Best blueberry pancakes ever. Portions were more than generous and the price was right

First off, when visiting The Pancake Shop, please call in advance and make a reservation. They'll gladly accept. You'll understand why when you arrive and there's a crowd of people waiting outside for a table. I'm only giving this restaurant a 4 out of 5 because of space. The tables are nearly on top of each other and the space... More

The only thing that irked me about this restaurant is the fact that we waited over an hour to be seated and we were only a party of 3. The lady had no rhyme or reason to seating everyone on her list because some people that walked up and put their name on the list 30 minutes after we arrived... More

They specialize in different kinds of hot cakes and that includes buckwheat cakes. Interesting and different But, they serve other breakfast entrée items (eggs, French toast, etc.). Their bacon comes as thick large rashers with ample serving, not too crisp and not too chewy. Their sausage (a specialty) is home made and delicious. You get two large patties. They have... More

This is a very busy place. The day we went it was so crowded we had to sit @ a smaller table than we needed for 6 people and was very cramped but the meal was worth it. The pancakes are wonderful. They give you lots of food and you don't go away hungry. The sausage is very good too.... More

Twolip29, now that's the spirit - glad the quality of the food warranted the smaller table. We try so hard to make everyone comfortable, but we have so many guests wanting the Pancake Shop experience. Come back soon!! Tina More

Ate breakfast here because of the reviews, and wasn't personally impressed. Food was good, bacon was too crispy. Sausage was terrific. Service and atmosphere was horrific. Crowded, loud, rushed, tables too close together. Got bumped throughout breakfast from staff and guests coming and going. And when we ordered (we all three ordered pancakes), each time the waitress said (and I... More

Michelle, thanks for taking the time to review the Pancake Shop. We learn from each review…..75 years later. Always trying to improve our product and service and your review helps.
