Pretty popular restaurant, therefore expect it to be crowded and maybe to wait for a table. Great value for money and very yummy food (I had a sizzler). Reasonably priced and offers free WiFi.

I am a frequent visitor to this resturant. Every time when I come to nuwaraeliya, had our lunch or dinner. Perviously there were good food & yesterday we had a very bad experience about the dinner they served to us. First of all foods they served no taste at all. One dish they served to us was not prepared properly.... More

We were gasping for a decent cup of coffee after being in Sri Lanka for more than a week and after reading reviews of Milano decide to give it a go. From the outside and even on the inside this place looks a little dated and we didn't expect a decent coffee but were pleasantly surprised! The latte we had... More

You had 2 options when eating at the Milano. You could either eat in which was very popular with the Muslim tourists, with many families eating together. Or you could get cheaper take away items like Rotti's, Rolls etc. We did both. The food was good by Sri Lankan standards but there are 2 similar options nearby a little cheaper,... More

Good food, not expensive and nice people. After diner I had a good espresso, best one so far in Sri Lanka. The day after I went back for another two cups.

Very popular restarurant. I noticed when looking at the menu and tasting the food, this is a chinese cuisine and taste so you can't really try sri lankan dishes here. I think you should paint the resutarant to make it look more nicer, it was out of shape. The service was great and staff are very nice but the food... More

No beef. My fries were burned. Small dishes. Good service, but very expensive. Better try the coffee and the bakeries at groundfloor.

Good service, Value for money and they charge Tourists the same as locals. Restuarants in Srilanka particularly in very touristy places like Ella, Dambulla charge different prices for locals and Tourists.

This is a very popular restaurant in Nuwara Eliya but I was disappointed that there was nothing Sri Lankan on the menu. There were lots of rice and noodle dishes; the only meat available was chicken. The menu was a typically tourist one, from Bali maybe, but not Sri Lankan. Fast efficient service.
