Ate here for lunch on a rainy day. All the food we ordered was good and authentic. The bangus was good, the pork was good and the soup was good. Dining room was comfortable. I enjoyed it.

After four years of visiting Cebu for a total of many weeks, this is my favorite authentic Philippine restaurant. While it is quite similar to the Golden Cowrie restaurant chain, I find that Cinka-an has the edge. This restaurant has a great assortment of Philippine dishes and they generally seem to be tasty and done right. For instance, this restaurant... More

A very popular restaurant with locals, coz they can get local (Cebuano/Phil) food. The menu offers a good range of dishes, though to a non local, some need explaining, so suggest do as I do, let a local order all the food, and you wont be disappointed. The food was hot and very tasty. The service was a little slow,... More

This FIlipino restaurant is very affordable. The delicious food was served quickly. The machine didn't accept my AMEX card but everything else was fine.

We ate at the SM branch. The baked scallops and grilled tuna belly were fresh and well-cooked. The ribs in butter sauce was so yummy! Another plus is their unlimited rice. Their summer drink the cucumber-calamansi concoction was refreshing. Service was average.

We just had a very bad experience at Chikaan in Park Mall yesterday. We were there to celebrate my wife's birthday but the service just sucks. It just ruined everything. The place was so untidy, hot and there were even crews there who are maybe off duty or something but are inside the counter wearing just their sleeveless shirts. It... More
