Delicious pindang patin, but surprisly their grilled fish is more delicious. Big, spacious and shady place, with wood interior. But a little bit dusty, found a spider fallen into my glass water.

I used to frequent this restaurant in the past and had not been back for the past 3 years until today for dinner with friends. The ambience is still nice. It has the look of traditional South Sumateran wooden house with plenty of seats. There was a live band playing local, melayu songs. We had the house special pindang (spicy... More

Pindang Patin is a local food taste like Thai's Tom Yum, but with half piece of river fish, never a sea fish. Patin fish is one of the best river fish, though this fish has a lot of fat. Other fish which I like the most is Baung fish, less fat, and soft meat. The soup taste fresh, sour &... More

Their Pindang Patin is infamous all over Palembang! If you go to Palembang, make sure you try their Pindang Patin. Or if you have bigger room in your stomach, try their Pindang Iga and Pindang Udang as well..

All the pindang menu is a must try. Staff very helpful. The live music is nice although sometimes a bit loud. We had to talk louder to be heard. My american boss loves the food there too. Fried gurame and fried belido are also a must try.

One of traditional food that I like is 'Pingdang Belida" this is a fish soup, the taste like tom yam from Thailand, a bit spicy and sour, so fresh and delicious... must try!!

Come here if you want have a taste of authentic Palembang food. You have to taste their steam fish! to bad they don't serve "Pempek" The restaurant needs a bit more up keep and I think a bit more variation in their menu

A good place to taste traditional food, comfotable place and in the centre of town. The place is easy to reach cozit is next to Governor Palace. We can enjoy the food in private. Don't forget to try 'pindang patin' there.
