For those who don't know, this is Javanese food, not Balinese. Basic traditional dishes made very well, clean and good portions. The Ajam Goreng is very tasty fried chicken served with with rice and a side of really good home made sambel. Great with a side of Bintang! For those craving more vegetables the Gado Gado is made to order.... More

This place is a real little piece of Bali in the middle of a crazy tourist hub. Warung Yogya is not a fancy place, no fancy reservations or menus here just a real genuine Indonesian taste. We ate here twice, once for dinner and the other time for breakfast - both times the same meal Nasi Goreng Ayam! The average... More

It's a wonderful place if you're very hungry and have a low budget! They have very good Indonesian dishes and for a very good price! Wonderful place to have lunch or dinner!! And pretty close to the Legian beach!

Recently renovated, very clean & bright venue. Often full of smart diners, but the turnover is fast so a short stroll down the road & back, and a table should be available. The food is delicious (enak sekali), fresh & fan bloody tastic. The menu is not huge but well selected with authentic Indonesian dishes, juices are excellent & even... More

Located in a very busy street ( as all the rest of that area) , this place serves authentic, simple and cheap food. The fresh papaya juice was nice and I enjoyed my nasi campur. I didn't feel welcomed as the waitress seemed fed up with the whole thing. Go if you are around looking for food, but I'm not... More

Small Warung, always busy and food is so nice and cheap. Really nice local ambience. Have been here many times over the years, place has had nice renovation and easy to chat to other travellers.

We walked by warung Yogya and decided to eat. The portions are huge and cheap, but they lack taste. Wouldn't Recommend it.

Went here because warung Padma was closed, but this turned out to be even cheaper, @ about 20k rp per dish. Overall tasty, homestyle food without spending a lot. Only real critique is that the morning glory was a little too salty, but the other 3 dishes were solid.
