Description: Slippery Stone is a relaxing casual eatery. The open kitchen and bar created a unique feeling of warmth and hospitality. A Balinese feel is presence due to breathtaking rice-paddy views, and the local farmers going about their day-to-day business. Our overall aim is to be accessible to everyone, a local haunt that people can afford to visit 2 or 3 nights a week.Philosophy Our passion is to deliver a truly unique experience, which is completely removed from the everyday. Whether it is the incredible food, with its exploration of the harmonies of flavors and its incredible beauty on the plate, or our staffs, whose sole aim is to create for you a seamless unique experience and capture the essence of our true hospitality. AmbianceThe airy space is large, with comfortable cushioned bench style seats as well as sofas, and the typical table placements, in a rice field setting so typically Balinese, around a pond water feature.MenuThe focus on the menu proper is strongly on local produce and flavors. These dishes will include creative grills, rotisserie meats and artesian pizzas. Our objective is to support and encourage local business and to ensure that all our customers receive food and beverage of the highest possible quality with excellent service and customer care.BeverageThe menu features wide variety of exotic alcoholic & non-alcoholic cocktails, mocktails, fresh Juices, beers and one of the largest wine selection from all around the world. The price is extremely reasonable for Bali.Seating CapacityIn Slippery Stone, we have a total 40 pax for the lounge, 15 pax at the bar, 170 pax for dinner, 16 pax Bale separated in 7 sections

Beautiful setting, yummy food and attentive staff made our night one to remember. The satay beef was delicious and the chicken satay pizza was crispy and tasty. Thank you.

Slippery Stone came highly recommended but failed to deliver. It is a little hard to find, not well lite or signage. First impression is wow, beautiful place, beautiful setting. That is where it finished. Ordered a Corona & my wife ordered a glass of wine from the wine list, only for the waiter to come back to tell us "all... More

The staff seated us outside near the lawn so our girls had some space if they needed. It is a beautiful place, very quiet and out in the rice paddies... More

On our last visit we met some Indonesian friends at SS for lunch. A little hard to find as it is down a lane on the opposite side of the street to Metis but what a find with outstanding service and imaginative entrees that were the stand out of our visit. Excellent wine list and prices fair under the circumstances.... More
