Slippery Stone is a relaxing casual eatery. The open kitchen and bar created a unique feeling of warmth and hospitality. A Balinese feel is presence due to breathtaking rice-paddy views, and the local farmers going about their day-to-day business. Best Greek food in Bali

Head down the side of the building to find the still growing Slippery Stone. Large area to cater for small or big groups. Sam the owner greets with a cheerful attitude and helps you order based on your taste. Amazing food, just like we experienced in Greece last year. Come along & tell your friends.

Just because they are doing some renovations don't be put off coming. The setting is really lovely & good off street parking. The ambiance is great & the 3 owners of Greek parentage from Melbourne are great hosts & the staff are happy, relaxed & well trained. The assortment of dips & fried eggplant chips & breads were really flavoursome... More

The owner introduced himself and made his recommendations, which was perfect for us because we couldn't decide! The atmosphere was the best of any restaurant we went to in Bali! Everything we ate was cooked to perfection. I would have to say this was my favourite restaurant in Bali!

Even though the place looked like a construction site in parts, you don't mind because it shows Slippery Stone is growing... And they deserve to - wonderful service from a friendly owner. Maybe the wait staff could be a little less intrusive, but they were doing a good job. The owner ordered food for us, so when we received the... More

Had been to slippery stone previously before Greek, but have to say pleasant,y surprised the food was authentic Greek cook imported from Melbourne previously Jim.s Greek tavern in Collingwood. Sam the manager/owner was helpful with food order suggesting entree's selection. The calamari dips & saganaki were exactly like what you get in Melbourne. We had meatballs & lamb kebabs for... More

I have visited Slippery Stone several times over the past few months and the reason I always return is due to the warm welcome from the gorgeous hostess and of course Sammy, the owner who is literally on-site from the minute they open the doors until closing to make sure his guests are being cared for and everyone is happy.... We loved the entire experience here and the food was delicious.. The setting was amazing felt like we were in the countryside. The staff were so welcoming even with our two little rug rats running around. Lots of menu suggestions from the staff and owner. Couldn't fault this place at all.. Just got back to our villa and enjoying some... More

This restaurant came recommended and lived up to our expectations. Slippery Stone is hidden from the road down a side lane. You have to pass through the renovations to the surprisingly sophisticated dinning area. The menu is full of traditional Greek offerings recipes passed on to the enthusiastic Australian/Greek owner who roves the floor advising and generally helping to boost... More

There are renovations at the moment but it had little disruptions to our experience. We would highly recommend this restaurant to those people who like authentic Greek food. Well... More
