There were four of us and we all enjoy the food and wine experience. All dishes we lovely without fault, service attentive, view over the garden/ water so relaxing, pleasant music, nice wine, what more can you ask for? Our friends went there the next night for more.

After reading glowing reviews of this restaurant, we decided to personally give this place a go when we visited Bali in October 2014. Housed in a bungalow alongside an art gallery, nestled in the midst of lush paddy fields, the venue is as dramatic as they come. As lovely as the restaurant is though, its the menu that really impressed... More

Probably our best restaurant dining experience whilst in Bali. This is a beautiful place, with staff and food to match. An interesting menu that covers many European cuisines. It's an tranquil oasis of rice fields off the busy roads of Kerobokan. Highly recommended.

Have been going to Metis for years finally got around to writing a review. Set on rice paddy fields in the heart of Petitenget / Seminyak area, Metis provides a spectacular setting for lunch and dinner. They offer an excellent selection of exotic foods such as jamon iberico pata negra, variety of foi grois, anchovies and fresh imported oysters. But... More

On a busy street , with motorcycles, taxis and cars fighting for a spot on the pavement, a quick turn and you are in another world. Firstly you are greeted by a series of antique and art shops. Do come early so you can browse before dinner. While the prices seemed a little high from our perspective, they do not... More

the restaurant is a bit on the expensive side but worth every penny! the food is well presented and well executed, service is of a good level, we went there twice once for dinner and once for tea, both meals were very good, and whenever we go back to bali we will definitely go back!

It was my third time dining in Metis. I expected best services and foods they had always provided us with, instead, The Pork we ordered was still raw and I asked them to make it well-done. it also happened to the duck leg we ordered. disappointing.
