MÉTIS Restaurant and Gallery is a sensory dining experience that embraces the sheer pleasures of living. Chef Nicolas “Doudou” Tourneville brings his legendary talent and culinary artistry to the table with a masterful combination of French Mediterranean cuisine. Flawless service in one of Bali’s most elegantly sophisticated settings is just the beginning of this seduction into the depths of the five senses. MÉTIS is as fresh and sumptuous as the cuisine that graces its tables.

It seems nice inside. But the service was really bad. The meat comes first and then nobody asks for drink. You try to call someone and order wine however, it is impossible. In the middle of dining wine comes. That's a shame. After all, restourant never tries to satisfy customer. Think again before you go.

We loved our meal here. From start to finish the service was exceptional. Even to the point they came to check when some roudy children were not being supervised by their parents if we'd like to be moved to a quieter area. The food was exceptional. The USA steak was delicious. The wine list is amazing. You have to try... More

I've wanted to go to metis several times everytime I'm in bali but only got the chance to do it just now. The food was good but nothing stands oit. The dessert we ordered was sweet tempation which was a mix of many desserts and i loved it.

Metis has their specialty in French food. The taste was outstanding, the place was cozy and romantic especially for couple. You should wear a formal attire. They changed their menu frequently so you have to check it before visit them.

Let me preface this review by saying that I love Metis for lunch or dinner. In fact we had lunch there two days prior and it was wonderful. I had booked the special high tea for easter sunday on line but some how that never made it into the booking ledger so just as well that I checked when I... More

We ordered 4 things: Foie gras tuna sushi - interesting mix but some how it works. The tuna was fresh and the foie gras gives it a interesting taste Sushi trio - nice flavor, fresh seafood Steamed grouper - I only tried a bite of the grouper, but it was very well steamed. Typically fish tends to be over steamed... More
