Great food and great service Thanks to Doudou and his team, as usually the dinner was perfect. Both wine and food were excellent. Also the atmosphere is adding the magic of the place, very good music

Beautiful French cuisine in a stunning Bali setting. The lobster bisque and raspberry soufflé were to die for.... All 6 of our party ordered soufflés, every one of which were perfection personified. A must visit restaurant.

While in Seminyak my partner and I went to Metis on a Monday and we loved it. An awesome menu matched with a great wine selection. The scallops and bisque for starters were amazing and the soufflé choices to finish off a great meal made the night. The atmosphere and restaurant setting is great overlooking the small rice paddy. Perfect... More

Restaurant was easily located and we had our lunch there for my birthday. We ordered one 3-course set and the other three of us had ala-carte. We ordered a tuna tartine, salmon yuzu salad, escargots, a beef straganoff with rice, pan seared salmon with dill and butter and a catch of the day main course. Food was delicious and beautifully... Metis stands for Balinese luxury and a culinary journey that will take you far and beyond. I had the trio of fish as a starter and it turned me from a meat eater to a fish eater after one bite. Great for a romantic dinner

Our favorite restaurant in Bali for several years. It is a must to visit. Unfortunately it is a tourist trap that becomes very busy at certain time of the year, but the staff are very efficient. It is expensive, but well worth the price.

Our experience at Metis was varied. Our greeting on arrival was less than welcoming even though we had a reservation, however the floor staff were very helpful and attentive. We were offered a number of hors d'oeuvre (free) whilst having pre-dinner drinks in the lush tropical garden setting which was a lovely introduction to the evening meal. Our meal from... More

We went to Metis for a special lunch of couscous and lamb which was delicious. The staff as always are very attentive... Have been here for dinner in the past which is an amazing night, but a lunch here was also a great afternoon.

We had a group dinner here and our whole group of 18 was totally impressed, and we have a few fussy eaters amongst us. Superb atmosphere, great food, wine and service. Metis is one of the best restaurants anywhere, don't miss it.

Its always good to be back here. A good restaurant will draw costumer to be back there again and again. This is what we feel about Metis. I love foie gras here. Other than ravioli foie gras, my favorite is the pan fried one. Always want to come back here for that. Its also the perfect place to have a... More
