Now called La Rouge. Has excellent selection of local and international meals. Their Indian food stuffs are very good. On the main road and a bit noisy.

This place has changed its name from its traditional name = Toke, to an apparently more "international name"= La Rouge (or as the staff would pronounce it over the phone: "La Loose") We were here on a Tuesday night. The restaurant is quite big (could probably sit 100 or more?), however there were only 2 tables occupied. They also had... More

Friendly staff, nice food, noisy street and the rugby was on which was fine if you're an Aussie from the eastern states.

We ate there five times in one week. Great food, great service and beautifully decorated. We did eat at other places, but Toke was the benchmark and nothing else compared to it. Pricing was moderate to high by Balinese standards but cheap as chips compared to western prices. WE LOVE IT.
