Salmon was very nice and tasty, decent size portion and all for good value. Wish they had a cheesecake factory in England.

I called ahead..."No reservations accepted, but there's no wait". Within afew minutes, that changed to 55 minutes. The 3 "hostesses" at the desk seemed bothered to be greeting customers. One was drinking from a straw as she was "trying' to speak, no eye contact, her speech was not clear. We had to ask her to repeat herself 3 times. The other... More
Our area finally got cold and we took refuge in the local Cheesecake Factory for dinner. We could not imagine anyone wanting to be out in the cold so were surprised to find many waiting for seats and the place was huge. We gave them our name and told standard 10 or 15 minute wait so we tried to get... More
My daughters treated me to dinner and cheesecake for my birthday. Very large and noisy and terrible lighting, take your flashlight!. The menu is so large it took a while to decide on what we wanted, but I did like the fact that they offer "skinny" selections. While the food was spectator and the cheese cake to die for, very... Once popular I now find that I and other family members aren't as excited to go. It is certainly convenient if you are at the mall area and want something with defined quality. It's been a bit harder as the grandkids are used to the kids offerings and not excited and the wife is avoiding starch and hidden sugar.
We went to celebrate a birthday, a group of 6 people. I had the shrimp scampi. The shrimp was dry, and it was served with a lump of partially cooked noodles without and seasoning. Four out of the six main courses were so bad, we left most of the food. Never again. I had a better idea of this restaurant.
Rice was dry, food was cold, wait staff was missing throughout meal from the get go. Not the usual Cheesaxake factory experience I have had in other locations.
Love the Mac and cheese balls and marinara, but $10 for 4 is a little salty. First time at this location, it was very big and beautiful decor and lighting. I had the chicken and biscuits this time, and it was like mom's Sunday cooking. Feel good comfort food. Had no room for dessert this time, but we will be... More
The food was very good, service was great (no hassles or mishaps) and we didnt have to wait over 45 minutes for our food. It was VERY crowded that night but by the speedy service you wouldn't think it was. Whoever made the alcoholic beverages did a very fine job. The cheesecake was delish, (Im the strawberry with extra topping... More
The menu is just too big. There are so many options, it is hard to chose. Their chicken lettuce wraps are my favorite and of course their cheesecake is decadent. The service is slow and terrible. It is bad when you have to hunt down the waitress to ask for a drink refill.
