Friendly and tasty

The menu is massive, with nothing Indonesian at all it is filled with an array of Western dishes that are cooked expertly in front of you on the grill. Meals were small, typical of Indonesian food, which was good for my health but a little disappointing in terms of satisfaction - the small burger... read more

Nice location & friendly staff but service is slow and very overlooked and dried out Mahi Mahi - big disappointed after reading reviews; burger was just average too & nothing to comment on. Friendly owners but definitely does not compare to other places we have eaten in Amed. Not recommended

We always value feedback from our customers and it's very clear we did not meet your expectations. However we are surprised by your comments and heading as we continually receive positive customer feedback about the freshness and succulence of our grilled fish. In fact, along with our ribs, our grilled fish is considered a house speciality. We take complaints seriously... More

Owned by an Australian - bbq food at it's best. Indonesian bbq cook that knows the difference between rare and well done!!! My husband's fish was cooked to perfection - I had pork ribs - very tasty. Good serves. Free pick up service to and from hotel. Worth a visit .

We went back to this restaurant 3 times in 2 days. It was excellent! The staff were lovely, it's an open air, relaxed venue. And the fresh fish, particularly the tuna, caught that day and lightly seared, kept us coming back! If you're in Amed, eat here.

This unassuming roadside restaurant is deceptively good. Owned by an Australian chef, the menu offers simple but high quality options which cross western and Balinese tastes. My partner raved about the ribs. Staff are friendly and efficient, given this is a fishing village a long way from Seminyak. There is a free pick-up service from your villa. We enjoyed the... More

nice interior, relaxed atmosphere and exellent food. Had the Tuna shasimi yesterday that was just caught earlier that day. Not always available, but if so, a real no brainer. It melts on your tongue. Also take an Arak with lime and sprite for drinks and you will have a plesant evening.

We loved this restaurant! The menu is really well thought out, flavours and accompaniments were just perfect. We ate here twice and both times we felt really welcomed by the staff. The owner is also lovely an attentive and really cares that her customers have the best experience possible. The watermelon drink with ginger was incredible and the desserts were... More

A charming restaurant in Amed. We had fish and runs, both of which were divine. Relaxing environment with attentive staff. Recommended

We were entirely alone at the grill during our spontaneous valentine dinner. I had the falafel and hummus wrap together with the Vietnamese chicken sallad and my bf had the ribs. Everything were delicious and the fruit shakes tasty. We had the lime sorbet for dessert and all I can say is yum! The only thing was the service. Unenthusiastic... More

Thank you for your very complimentary feedback on our food. I'm sorry to learn of the problem you experienced at the time of payment. We have a policy of a minimum charge of rp 100,000 on credit cards and you wanted to charge rp 90,000 which is where the confusion arose. Unfortunately this wasn't clearly explained to you and my...
