I wish, I wish I could have stayed here longer, but I had to catch my flight home! After a manic bumpy journey down from Munnar we were greeted by wonderful friendly staff who made us feel so welcome. I had been poorly in Munnar so hadn't eaten properly - chef Antony made me a special meal. After travelling round... More

Sought this place out for dinner due to good reviews on trip advisor, and although the courtyard setting was lovely and the waiter we had was very friendly and kind, the restaurant was a let down. Firstly, we were told they only had veg, which would have suited us fine, however when we looked at the menu, there were only... More

The atmosphere and courtyard outlook at night is wonderful. The service good by the waiter but it took an hour and a half for our food to come and the restaurant only had three tables to deal with. The food terrible, some items on menu unavailable and we ordered pepper Fish and garlic fish, both terrible, we had a mouthful... More

The most beautiful place awaits you behind the unsuspecting front doors of the avocado gardens! Happy and helpful staff:) delicious food. Ice cold beer and other drinks. Great prices. Rooftop table available with lovely view of sunset or moon etc. Best of all though, are the people. I would happily never leave this place!

Finally found this oasis of a restaurant. Totally out of sight of the chaos that is Alleppey. Lovely walled garden, great food and cold beer. Please note the map position is nowhere close and because of that it took us two days to find the place. It is located by the Zacharia Bazar. Get a rickshaw driver to take you... More

Alappuzha is the land of awesome food and Avacado leads the game! This is where I found some awesome kerala non-veg dishes espectaly the chicken dishes. Being a big fan of spicy food, I like most of the dishes I tried during my couple of visits there. Service is great. Mostly youngsters serving and cooking food with great passion. The... More
