It was on a sunday we went there - at about 1030. They had only masala dosa and vada. The AC hall was closed. They switched it on and by the time the hall was cool, we had finished eating. The taste of the dosa items we ordered was ok.

Loved the poori but they had stinky attitudes. I found another restaurant 10 minutes away that was managed by the same people with different staff so got to enjoy the same food but in a cleaner surrounding (kind of) and the staff were much nicer and happier. For me, that's important.

We stumbled across hot kitchen whilst visiting the hectic streets of alleppey and didn't expect much. Little did we know we'd have one of the tastiest meals so far on our trip in Kerala. Order the masala dosa and chapatti - the chutneys are yummy!

Fantastic value for money. We went most nights to Hot Kitchen while we stayed in Alleppey as it was by far the best food we could find. The Paneer Masala was amazing. Recommend this spot to anybody looking for a quality, good value meal!!!

I visited that restaurant and selected from the Menu Prowns Beriany but it was not available, so I selected Fish Beriany which was not also available so I left the restaurant

Food quality was so pathetic that we had stomach ache for 2 days! The food was so cold by the time we arrived and def a place to avoid. We went there since we couldnt find any pure veg hotel in the vicinity that was clean and hygienic

We liked the thalis here, given that it looks like quite a dingy place the food was excellent. We only tried the lunchtime thali so I cannot comment on anything else from the menu.

For pure vegetarians it may be a difficult time in Kerala to find one suitable restaurant. This hotel is located in a prominent thoroughfare, and apparently clean. The quality of food is okay and economic as well. Rice meals are only available during noon (12 noon onward), and not in the night. The waiters are efficient and helpful.
